Usually I'm a 6.5 in women's, but my toe was rubbing against the end of the shoe. Definitely size up half a size. The seven fits me perfectly. So comfortable and cute. I could walk a mile in these.

I have neuropathy in my feet and the pain can be debilitating. I have purchased more than 4 pairs of sneakers and the Sketcher is by far the BEST I can wear.
The fit and comfort is excellent. The sneaker is soft on top but the support in the heal, and toes great.
I'm getting back to walking slowly but surly because of this particular Sketcher and style.
