It was a little smaller than expected, but it is super stylish! The inside is soft, but the little pouch in the middle is not removable. The chains tend to rub on the outside when you're carrying it 'cross body' style which makes a little noise while walking. The pockets on the outside are also pretty tight, probably only good for carrying cards. If you don't plan on carrying much and want to look good, this is the bag for you!

love the look of this bag but it is smaller than you would think. i don't carry that much, a checkbook size wallet, a 4x6 flat cosmetics clutch, keys and my phone- it all barely fits. note that middle pocket section looks removable but it is not. not enough holes on the cross body strap to make shorter but that is fixable.
