I don't know what's going on with New balance. I have a 2 year old pair of sneakers with the "CUSH" label and I wish they were still making them like these older ones. These were still too short and I ordered a 9 1/2 which I usually wear. Plus, they were quite narrow.

could be better arch support, I'll need to use something for that part. It's my general impression that all shoes made in China are getting chintzy with materials. The changes are subtle but have an impact on the quality. This goes for all brands. I'm just saying.

They run a little small. They are very comfortable.

I have very flat feet and have difficult time finding comfortable shoes. These were the best I could find. Very comfortable.

Too small. shame they look cute and are comfortable. Will try with a smaller size.

These New Balance shoes felt much narrower than other that I have ordered. I will be returning them.

Big fan of New Balance. Very comfy shoe, 8.5W fits like it should. FYI-the insoles are removable if you need to use inserts. I added them for arch support.

I’ve just had a ingrown removed and they suggested the wide fit. I love the comfort of the new balance and I look forward to purchasing this brand again in a different style and color!

It breaks my heart to return these shoes. They look good on my feet, are black (hurrah) rather than screaming neon, and fit my narrow heel and arch perfectly. There is also plenty of room for my toes to wiggle, and the sole is made of a material---rubber?---that won't slip on wet pavement. That said, they fit so well that they rub on my bunion which in turn squeezes my toes. Just that tiny little area means that my toes want to curl up rather than spread. Back they go, and thanks, Zaps, for making this process so easy.

I loved the color but they were too small for me so I gave them to my daughter as a birthday present. She is a lab technician and is on her feet alot everyday and she is still wearing them and loves them.

They fit well, but they were too spongy when I walked and they did not feel safe and secure.

My toe hit the end of the shoe. Not true to size.

I ordered the New Balance Ralaxa Walker in the cashmere color and it fit perfectly. Then I ordered a second pair in the champagne color and it was much narrower even though the same size was ordered. I'm bummed that the second pair did not fit as well as the first.

The shoes were very small and narrow - I could barely get them on, and even then, could not get them on all the way. I loved the way they looked though - very handsome shoes.

Shoes felt too tight. I returned them. I had purchased another pair of sneaker that had a comfortable toe box. I thought this pair would feel as great, but this ran too small.

I was hoping these would work for me but they are very narrow and I ordered the wide. I have Morton's Neuroma and after wearing for a short time my feet were hurting.

I buy one pair of New Balance walking shoes a year and wear them out. I should have stuck with the more expensive shoes. You get what you pay for! These bargain shoes are not comfortable at all, the materials are cheap and they make a horrible creaking sound when you walk. People would hear you the minute you came into a room. I will do as I should have in the first place and buy the more expensive pair. They have been returned.

Shoe was stiff and short. Wanted a comfortable, softer shoe for walking.

I loved the style and color of this shoe. The cushioning is great. I so wanted it to work, but for some reason the left shoe really bothered my inner ankle so I’m sadly sending it back. Not sure if it’s the style, my ankle, or something off with this particular pair of shoes.

super cute sneakers. They made my feet pronate(roll inwards) a LOT and since I already do that I need a shoe that supports the opposite. These are going back.

The shoes don't fit my arch. So, it's almost like I walked inward when I tried them. I'll be returning them and hopefully will find something else. Thanks!

I barely got them on my feet and had to really loosen the strings. The fit was too tight.

I have wide feet, but not so wide that I can't sometimes wear regular athletic shoes. I ordered a wide, and it was unbelievably narrow.
