Wasn't able to wear them due to size, but I liked what I saw. I normally wear an 8, so I bought an 8 1/2 and was still tight.

Perfect for the gym, which is why I bought them. They are a full size small, however, and not up to the quality I expect from New Balance.

I had to go up a 1/2 size, which I rarely have to do, so would go up. They are cute and stylish, I love the color. Comfy shoes, wouldn't say the most comfortable shoes I own, but great for lifting weights, errands, etc...

I really like these shoes. I have a hard time finding shoes that feel good on my feet. These are very light on your feet, and look great on. They are just pretty. I think it def could have gone for a little more cushion; the ones that came with the shoe feels like a cheaper walmart version, so I think at some point I'll have to replace that out for something a little more solid. Overall great for cross training.

Definitely runs at least a half size too small, so order up! Otherwise, super light and comfortable

I purchased a half size up after reading reviews and that was a good suggestion. I’m not very happy with the comfort of the insert but planning to add a pair of superfeet inserts in, hoping that makes them usable for all day walking

I normally wear a size 8 W in New Balance shoes. These run very wide , so I will be returning them. They are very comfortable but do not give much support.

Nice shoe for easy comfortable wear, I like that it’s all black.

I originally got a 7.5 since I have a similar style from New Balance but this style has a thicker foam insert and my foot felt crowded. The exchange process was SO easy, thank you Zappos! The 8 feels a little big in the heel but that’s to be expected. Other than that they are so comfortable!

I love the way this shoe looks and it is very comfortable, it feels like a supportive sock almost. I have two complaints however. One is that with the way it is made my left foot rolls inward, far more than with any other shoe and to the point that someone else noticed it too. I’m still torn on whether to return or not. The second is the shoelaces come untied ALL THE TIME. Overall it isn’t a bad shoe though and I would more or less recommend it.

I originally ordered a 7.5 from DSW and then decided it was too small so I ordered an 8 from Zappos and the 8 feels pretty much the same as the 7.5. They feel tight but it's not quite hurting my toe. Currently trying to decide whether I need an 8.5. Other than that the shoe is super cute and is a really pretty pink. I have a flat foot and these shoes work well for me. I would not label it a neutral pink. I love New Balance shoes and these are very comfy!
