I have flat feet and these hurt my feet after a few hrs of wearing them. Size wise they fit great but are so uncomfortable if you're on your feet for hrs a day.

Crocs really dropped the ball on this one. The main reason I got Crocs for work was to not have sweaty feet this summer. But there are no holes anywhere on the shoe for it to be breathable. Another main reason I got them was to have comfort at work??? These shoes are nowhere near as comfortable as regular Crocs. Would not recommend and definitely will not be wasting the money on another pair.

Unfortunately I could not wear these Crocs. Messed up my one foot so bad. I ended up giving them away. I bought these to replace my 15+ year old Crocs. Didn't work out.

Was way too wide and didn't feel like the Black Literide my daughters bought from you 2 or 3 years ago. I sent them back

They hurt my feet so bad. I work in a kitchen everyday and had these for 2 days and have never had such an uncomfortable shoe. My toes have blisters and it rides my ankles causing more blisters. No ventilation and my toes are wet and hurt. Don't buy these. Can't return because I wore them. Great

These are TERRIBLE for any kind of quick movement. Nice for standing but poor for walking, and particularly awful for speed-walking or quick pivots or running up/down stairs. They might be functional for cooks and dishwashers but by no means are they good for expediters or front-of-house.
When you walk in these your feet don't roll like with athletic shoes. Instead, your heel makes contact and then the front have of the shoe "slaps" (noisily) and sends shock up your legs/back. I was in a fair amount of back pain after just one shift, even though my previous shoes (flat-bottomed shoes similar to Vans) didn't cause me any back pain.
The tread on the bottom clogs quickly on greasy floors and it's hard to clear once it's clogged. (Gotta remove them and work for 5-10 minutes with a toothpick). Strands (hair or carpet strands or other material) get wrapped around the little treads and then grease gets caught in the strands. Spraying doesn't clear them out, and neither does brushing; they have to be picked by hand one tread at a time.
The velcro strap in the back is a curse. The tabs at the end have velcro on them but they stick out so the velcro catches on your pants and makes noise.
Because these don't tie, there's no way to prevent your foot from slipping to the front of the shoe which means your toes get bumped into the front of the shoe all the time. (Again this might not be a problem for cooks or dishwashers who aren't doing tons of fast walking.)
Arch support is very minimal, even though these supposedly have the upgraded insole. Even though I'm a big dude (6'4", 215 lbs) the insoles feel too firm or maybe just not contoured enough.
If you're front-of-house, stick to athletic shoes with adjustable tightness (velcro or laces). Maybe even mid-tops if you're frequently using stairs. For back-of-house, mocs/clogs are fine and if you don't want full shoes that cover the back of your feet, these might work okay for the price... at least if you cut off the ends of the velcro tabs.
I'd also recommend:
New Balance, Asics, Skechers, Vans, Dansko

Bought these for work (school kitchen) because my original crocs feel great on my feet. Since these are work rated, the material is a bit harder and after wearing them for two days, my bunions were extremely irritated. Trying to stretch them out as best I can.

Bought this product expecting them to be super comfortable, just the opposite. I have other crocs which I love but this wasn't it. The toe of the shoe is way too small in height crushing the top of the foot. The strap on the back creates a crunching sound with each step which is just an added down sound.

These shoes are so comfortable. Look and feel great. 2 weeks after purchase the strap on one of them broke in half. Fortunately I can still wear them but I'm disappointed because the strap really gives the shoe a better look.

I ordered a mens size 12. I was sent a woman's size 12. Clearly they don't fit. I talked to someone in customer service and she told me there was no replacement. Not happy.

Oh my goodness I am so disappointed in these shoes. They are not comfortable at all. I bought to wear at work and let's just say no way to the idea.
