I can't wear these because they are too wide. I have bought narrow crocs from my local store for years but now they tell me i must get them on line. How do I find narrow crocs?

Crocs are durable reliable kitchen shoes, I wish I could say the same about the company.

I bought these for work and am a size 12. They were the same length as my friends size 13 traditional crocs and they were wider as well. Clearly inconsistent size compared to your traditional croc. Unfortunately I bought them from a third party site and can not return them.

I am a cardiac ICU nurse who bought these for work because they look easy to clean and comfortable. I have another pair with a different style that are a size 10. This pair is way to small and hurt my feet so bad. I would like to exchange them for a larger size but with Covid cannot. I have attempted to try and get in line for a new pair multiple time but never make it past the line. I appreciate all of your help to my fellow healthcare workers. You guys are doing good things. Thanks!

Ordered these for work.I work 12 shifts and these are not comfortable except first few hours. They do not have soft cushion support I hoped for. I wish I had not bought these shoes.

hot, sweaty, stinky at the end of a 12 hour day. Uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. Feet hurt more with these than my running shoes.

Everyday in the medical cannabis industry atleast 10 hours. They are heavy they are not comfortable and do not breath. The old ones are 1000$ times better and cheaper this is a hoax to get more money for a worse product. Go with the original bistro

I need to try a smaller size. These shoes and the last Croc's I bought on Amazon are bigger than previous years

I don't understand the Crocs phenomenon. I see people wearing them and assume that they must be very comfortable, but these were hard as a rock and felt bumpy in the foot bed, like I was walking on rocks. There are so many other comfortable slip-ons out there, Keens for example. I give up on Crocs.
I'd also recommend:
Keens, Clarks, Franco Sarto, Munro, Sketchers, Uggs...

I saw all the positive reviews, so I decided to give these a try. I'm on my feet 8-9 hrs a day at work, on a hard tiled floor and by the end of my shift, my feet hurt so much I can barely walk. There is no arch support at all. They are too wide to the point that I'm curling my toes to keep my feet from slipping around, which makes them extremely uncomfortable. I don't recommend these unless you have wide, flat feet

Shoe's fit is slightly smaller than another type of bistro croc I owned prior to this purchase. It does not provide any extra support, infact after a few days my feet have began to hurt worse than before. If I could return them I would.

I have worn only crocs for the last 15 years. Mostly Bistro to work on kitchen floors. I thought Bistro Pro upgrade would be better. I was very disappointed when they arrived. I did NOT like the new straps. They were awkward and difficult to adjust. I have no choice but to return them. I need the money for other things.

I'm very unhappy. I was expecting these to fit just like the Mario Batali Bistro Shoe I got 4 yeRs ago. Those were way wider and these are so narrow, I'd have to go up at least 2 sizes. There's no excuse for saying "our widest shoe yet" when there have been wider. I wasted my time and money and Crocs ruined a good thing.

I have worn croc's tummler work shoe for years and for some reason you guys do away with the best show you ever made. I am a chef by profession and have spent YEARS on my feet. I had to buy this pro clog as really the only comparable shoe I was interested in. I have never liked clogs and have never owned them till now. I do not like them. It's like walking on a hard sandle for hours. My feet hurt bad. I seriously am heartbroken you do not offer the tummler shoe anymore. I would have worn those to work for the rest of my life....

Horrible shoe . Within the next day I had several blisters on my feet . I try to return them and the employees. Would not let me know I'm stuck with this expensive shoe and can't do anything with it

I bought the bistro pro thinking they would be as comfortable as the original bistros. They are not even close. I bought a size 10, same size i bought in the original bistros and they were too small. There smaller and more narrow. i went to my local crocs store to take them back, and try a bigger size. The bigger size didnt help cause of how narrow they are. I ended up trading in the bistro pros for a new pair of the original bistros.

I'm a surgical nurse on my feet for hours at a time. I have tried all the crazy expensive nurses shoes but still had foot/ heel pain. I was so resistant to get crocs but was willing to try anything, yep these are it. My stamina is so much better with these and heel pain is gone.

This is my second pair. These are my rain in winter shoes. I slip on these shoes for the rain outside at night to check on animals and my feet don't even get a little wet; even with the low back. This style doesn't have the holes on top. I now wear them everyday in winter when I go out. They are very warm with wool socks. It's not hard to pick which shoes I want to wear each day. I used my previous pair for digging with a shovel when they got old. I was surprised when the top of my shovel didn't cut the soft material when I pushed down to dig.
