1 *, because this shoe is very inconsistently sized. I've ordered three pair, and for some reason these in blue are more than a whole size smaller even though they are listed as my size. I can't wear them, and I'm not sure how to return them.

I was looking forward to these and so disappointed when the right foot got a sore on top near little toe from the strap. The left foot is fine. I tried moleskin to alleviate the friction but it's not working. Very unhappy with my purchase.

I hate these. They cut the top of my feet. I wish they had the rubber instead. I love where the foot sits, but I cannot wear them because of the top.

Very uncomfortable and really bad customer service

Didn't fit well. Returned them with some other shoes. Got a refund for 3 of the 4 pair I sent back but no response from customer service after 3 emails about this pair

I was sent the wrong thing I didn't order minie mouse crocs

This kind of flip hurt my feet. It a beautiful product but not comfortable.

Incredibly disappointed with these flip flops. So incredibly uncomfortable it's amazing. They actually hurt the bottoms of my feet if I wear them for more than a few minutes. I would return them but I'm too lazy.

The pair was way to loose and as of today have not received my refund from my return.

I love Crocs but these are horrible and so uncomfortable I could not even walk in them! the description sounded like you'd be walking on bubbles -- but in actuality, it feels like you are walking on rocks!!!!

I ordered this flip flop about a month ago & loved it! So much so, I ordered 2 more pairs in other colors. Unknowingly, the design was changed just enough that increased my size up one size from a pair I ordered less than a month ago. Therefore, I have to send both back and reorder & it's going to cost me $7.50 to do so. I tried to exchange at local store but they wouldn't do it because I paid with PayPal. Not a happy consumer!!!

Horrible

I ordered two pairs and have thrown both pairs away. The numerous raised plastic bumps are very hard on the soles of your feet, making the flip flop very uncomfortable. These are not invigorating and massaging flip flops, they are painful flip flops. Do not purchase these!
