Super cute but definitely size up. I ended up giving them to my sister in law because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning them.

These scandal's are really cute but the toe part was very stiff. When walking on my carpet for a few steps my toes hurt. I can't imagine how my toes would feel if I tried to wear these for a full day. I wish the strap in between the toes was softer, they are really cute on, but not worth the pain.

To small

These sandals run 1/2 inch shorter than same size previously purchased.

Too small was not true to size and uncomfortable

Beware! My Serena Flip arrived and was a full inch shorter in length than all other Croc flips I own. Customer Service has been repeatedly unhelpful. These shoes have gone straight to the donation pile as they are unwearable.

Shoes run to small. This will be the last time I will buy from you sll. You have lovely shoes but you need larger/half sizes in certain shoes. I need a dress shoe for work that is comfortable and cute but I can't find them here.

Product was to hard to put on and ran small.

Wife didn't like the way they felt when she walks. Said they were hard on her soft feet. Lol

These are too small but your company doesn't do exchanges. I will not be purchasing Crocs in the future as this was literally money wasted.

They look nothing like the picture. The color is awful at that.

Piece between the toes is very painful. Foot also moves freely, not secure on shoe. Not the best product.

Super difficult to put on! Ugh! And it leaves a mark around your ankle. I wish I could return these!

They are made different than the last few years and I needed a size larger because they don't stretch easy. I was not able to return them either!

Ran very small, couldn't even get on. Returned!

Have over 30 pairs of your Crocs, started w/size 6 but soon dropped to a size 5 which fit great. However, have recently received 3 pairs of the Serene Flip and in the process of returning all three. Two pair took a shoe horn to put on and cut in excruciatingly and the black ones so tight could not get on. Very tight around ankle and even seemed too short between my toes. WAITING FOR PAPERWORK to return all three, (embellished black, tan (no embellished) in one order and gray (silver) embellished in another order.
