I was so glad merrell came out with these sandals. And for the people that are complaining that they are too big and loose. They are like the old hurrache sandal, as soon as you get them wet and put them on while they are wet they will mold to your feet.

I wear a lot Merrell brand shoes. These were disappointing because they were very wide for a M. My foot slide through so that my toes were off the end. There is no adjustment for the heel strap, again that was wide and didn't cup around my heel. The heel drops down like a Birkenstock sandal.

The width was too wide for me, and the shoe slipped some. I need them for a trip, and for me that “roominess” wasn’t a good thing. Loved the color, quality, and style tho’.

This was a show that looked great out of the box, but missed for my feet. I really went back and forth on these - I liked the style, the leather is very soft and does not rub anywhere on my feet (typically that pesky pinky toe gets 'caught' in strappy sandals), and the support was good. Width is right, length is right for my size. But the woven strapping over the front part of the foot is just too loose and there are no adjustments that can be made. I don't have what anyone would call narrow feet, but what I found was that the shoe would kind of flop down and my foot shifted forward off the front end when I walked, and felt dangerous to me when I tried walking on stairs. These are all-leather shoes - I imagine it would only get worse as the shoes got worn in. So, I am returning - lovely looking shoe that just is not meant for my feet.

What a weird sandal. I didn’t expect how odd it would hit on my foot. There is too much toe coming out the front because of how the top is positioned. Perhaps if Merrell would finally get it and make it in half sizes, that might help.

Straps at the front side of these sandals are placed too high, so my feet slide too much - nothing is holding them. Bad design, and it looks ugly. These sandals can only work if you have puffy feet so the sandals can hold to them.

I love these sandals. I loved them from the first second I put them on. Nice cushion and enough support for walking around Rome!

I love these so much I purchased a second pair in natural tan. My feet are wide and these fit perfectly. The backstrap holds them securely for walking and it has an elastic section for pulling the sandals on and off easily.

I love these sandals and have two pairs in black and in natural tan. My feet are wide and these fit perfectly. The backstrap holds them securely in place making them comfortable for walking. I think they're cute and my husband said so too with no prompting from me. He noticed all on his own. I am extremely happy after purchasing two perfect pairs of sandals for the summer.

I normally wear a size 6.5. The size suggestion recommend a size 6, and they fit great.
