So far, so good. I just walked a couple of miles in these and they feel excellent. It took a few tries to find a pair that fits my high instep and these work! I have found Merrells to fit well and last, I expect a lot from these shoes!

Wore these for the last 74 miles of my first trail 100-miler and didn't have to worry about my feet at all! Even though the shoes already had 300 miles on them, they still had plenty of cushion and structure to keep me going. No hot spots, even after my feet swelled from the 28+ hours of movement on partially technical trail. Definitely recommend this shoe for long days on feet.

Great fit, looks great and most importantly, provides excellent arch support and no need for inserts!

This product I love from the color to the fit. Your shoes always fit me perfectly. I never have to break them in. I like best that they have a rounded toe area rather than a more pointed one as one of your competitor's has. They are very comfortable.

Great shoe. Ordering second pair in different color. Comfortable, light weight and especially great traction with the Vibram Megagrip sole. Have other Merrell's with Vibram Megagrip.

Beautiful color, true sizing, feel great on my feet (I got them for walking outside)! The downside is that it is hard to get the laces to a tightness that is comfortable on the top of my foot.

Via my wife: Bought these for running but I think the heel is too high for me. Expected a lower heel like the access. Will probably be using these more for every day wear.

Love the shoe and look and comfort would of liked to try on a half size smaller as it seemed slightly big but Ben though I'm a sold 8. I think normal socks will take care of that.

These shoes were very comfortable after I broke them in on a long walk. Super supportive and lightweight. Love Merrell!

I love the look of the shoe and that is why I bought it. I am a walker and wanted something cheerful during covid-19. I would have given the shoe a 5, I have a wide foot and the shoe is narrow. Luckily it laces so it is bearable. It is good for street walks but not the best for trails. It has a light airy feel. If you have a narrower foot this shoe may be perfect for you.

I bought this shoe for trail and mountain hikes or runs for when I don't feel like wearing my tall hiking boots. I like that this shoe has the tougher protective material running around the toe box and sides of the shoe in case I accidentally run into some rocks or stub my toe, which I have done in the past with less rugged trail running shoes (and it hurts). The shoe is lightweight and had enough cushion for me. I have tried on other Merrell boots and shoes before and usually opt for size 9 for extra room in the toe box for thicker socks or a swollen foot, so I bought this in a 9. The 9 was really big on me in the toe box and I think my standard 8.5 would have fit fine for me in this shoe. I ended up returning this shoe because it was too big. If you decide to buy it, you might want to get it in your normal shoe size. I am still trying to decide if I want to buy this shoe again in an 8.5 or another style Merrell trail shoe because I keep seeing new styles coming out.

These are not as comfortable as my other Merrell's. First time I received a blister from Merrell's.

I'm a radiology technologist and am on my feet all day. I read the reviews and others said how great they were. This wasnt the right shoe for me. They are not very comfortable for being on your feet all day. The thing that was nice was the traction. I spent alot of money on them which stinks because I wore them 3 shift and I'm sure they're not returnable.

I read reviews on almost every shoe and I picked this one because a nurse reviewed and recommended them for plantar fasciitis. I'm a nurse too and have to be on my feet all day. I was excited to try them but it's like they are to narrow in the arch or something to support my foot properly. The insole pokes at my foot extremely uncomfortably as well. I have to shift my foot constantly to avoid that spot. I have two other pairs of Merrell shoes but I doubt I wear these ever again.

A lot of 'extra' room on top of toes. They even look too big when I stepped forward. There was a 'ridge of material on top of toe area.

Was not that impressed with the tennis shoe. Stiff, hard & somewhat uncomfortable to wear or walk long distance in. Not what I expected as a comfortable shoe. The hiking boots are okay.

Wasn't crazy about these. They felt like they ran a bit small and something was off about the fit.

I really liked these shoes the first month I had them, however recently I noticed the toe is wearing as well as the area where I lace up is wearing to the point the lace looks like it is going to rip through. I run in these 2-3x a week and have gone on a few hikes. I've had merrel hiking boots in the past that have held up great so I expected these would hold up a lot longer than a month as well.

I was really excited when I got these! They were comfy on my short, wide feet, and nice and neutral without being utterly boring. I wore them for about two weeks of about an hour a day of non-strenuous walking on sidewalks and well cleared dirt paths (waiting for the weekend weather to be nice enough for an actual trail exploration/jog) and there is already a hole worn in the fabric of the ankle. I have contacted customer service, under the assumption that this is a material flaw, hoping to exchange and get a longer lasting pair, and will update my review when that is resolved

I have many Merrell shoes and boots. I purchased these last year to do some moderate hiking. The sole of shoe is very stiff and is formed in a way that causes discomfort from my feet to ankles to knees to my hips pithing 10 or 20 minutes of walking/hiking. I've tried them 8 or 10 times just to make sure it wasn't me but they hurt each and every time.
