Really lightweight and not nearly as un-stylish as most similar shoes. Would be perfect for travel. But no arch support!

Long-time Merrell fan here, disappointed with the recent styling of their women’s running and hiking shoes. The decorative touches and the materials just make the shoes look cheap. This particular pair had a tacky silicone (or plastic) “Merrell” across the front. Second pair of Merrells I’ve returned lately because they looked so tacky. A shame...they fit so well.

The size fit us fine. The one disappointment that I have in general is that Merrell shoes in have become very cheaply made shoes. I have always worn the barefoot variety, but when I purchased the Glove 3, they looked so awful and shoddily made and looked like the wouldn’t last very long. Of course they were made in China!. I returned them and got this other model (not the barefoot kind). They look more substantial and somewhat better made, time will tell. Could be my last Merrell purchase if they don’t hold up.

Absolutely no grip whatsoever. I purchased these for better traction but slide all over the place. Will not be purchasing from this brand again. Unfortunately my husband's pair weren't any better.

I bought 2 pairs from this brand. This one for myself and another (from their men's line) for my husband. Triple checking online that they would have good traction. Unfortunately that is just not true about this pair. The men's were great! My husband had great traction as we walked around the gym. I however had to be careful or I would slip all over the place. Im half tempted to send mine back to get my size in the men's :( His were Merrell bare access XTR
I'd also recommend:

DO NOT BUY - these are on clearance because they are awful. Fabric body was so stretchy that my feet felt they were melting over the soles. The soles had no padding/squish, no arch support, so felt like walking flat footed on cement. Shoes also turned my ankles inward, causing my knees to ache horribly after an 8hr shift on my feet.
