I loves vans, I have 10-15 pairs, I recently bought these and two other hightops and they all had some small minor QC issues. They are still wearable but the toe of the show and the sole doesnt mate up on all three of the hightops that I bought, by that I mean the duracap on the toe is slanted at a 45 degree angle because the sole is shorter that the upper side of the shoe. The elastic bands on the inside of the shoe to hold the tongue are in different places from the left side and the right side on one of them and it rubs my foot because of it. Again not huge but noticeable while walking around that it bugs you. One of the inner soles have a weird lump at the heel that makes it feel like your foot is going to slide off the slide of the shoe while your walking, this is one bad enough that I dont like wearing those high tops (pop cush). Ill be done buying vans for a little while due to all these QC issues.

Not quite as good as the last 2 editions of this shoe. I wanted to love it, but there was some seam near the toe that rubbed so I decided not to risk a blister and returned them. Not sure if it was this pair or all of the shoes in this model.

I wear a size 10 to all other Vans. It runs very small and I couldn't wear them. :( I love the look and style.

I love the shoes but the left shoe there is a material in the inside that rubs my big toe making very uncomfortable to walk in them.no issue with the right shoe. Returning it

I've been wearing Vans since 1977 and have owned probably hundreds of pairs. These were my all time favorite until they put pleather inside the heel. The shoes don't slide on. I've literally thrown them back in the closet and worn something else because I got sick of trying to pull them on.

Way to narrow for my foot and I’m a traditional medium.

I didn’t like the black comfy Cush They didn’t seem that good. I thought I would that they would have like memory foam. These were not cushy at all, Maybe other colors are better?

I have a couple sk8 high pros (non comfy cush) and these do fit differently. The width of the toe area seems more narrow because my pinky toe was crammed against the side of the shoe to the point I would have gotten awful blisters wearing these. They seem like great quality and would have been a great shoe otherwise but I had to exchange for the regular sk8 high pro

I sent these shoes back because the hurt my toes in both shoes. At the end of the day I was so uncomfortable in these shoes that I could cry. They are beautiful. I wanted to like them. The fit was perfect except the top part is so hard and uncomfy. Read the reviews before you buy as I now see several people said that these shoes hurt.

These shoes look great but they are hard to get on and they hurt my foot when I wear them. Bummed. I always buy the same size.

I bought these shoes January 7th 2023 and it is now July 26th 2023. I have worn these shoes everyday. I was pretty excited for them cause I haven't had a new pair of shoes in probably 5 years. I got my size and tried them on in the store and they felt great! It wasn't even a month before I noticed that the inside of the shoe near the heel was tearing up. In February I got plantar fasciitis (very painful and couldn't properly walk for over a month) and my doctor told me it was cause of these shoes. I told him I just bought them and didn't want to be wasteful since they were pretty expensive and he told me to try insoles. So I got some Dr. Scholl's inserts around March. The insoles helped but the hole in the back is so uncomfortable now because the plastic of the shoe is exposed that I am constantly getting blisters on my heels and now, wearing these shoes are just painful. The insoles have even started tearing up. The shoes aren't big and they are laced up tight. I can't figure out what is up. Don't spend your hard earned money on these. It's not worth it.

Very comfy but they made them more narrow so unfortunately have to just stick with the original Sk8-hi. I will be returning.

Disappointed. They rub on the top of my foot causing them to be uncomfortable. Just don't feel they are worth the hefty price. Feeling let down.

The shoe's sole is just as stiff and hard as any other pair of Vans. The comfort line used to be a lot softer than it is now. Kinda disappointing :/

I purchased these because of the added comfort they were supposed to have. There isn't any more than normal Vans. Waste if money, go with the OG.

Pros: -Really comfy in-sole -That's basically it Cons: -Less traction/grip than other vans I've owned-- I find myself sliding around on pavement that's even just a little damp. No other Vans I've owned have been this slippery. -Slightly narrower construction than other Vans. I've owned regular Sk8-His in the same size and never felt that they were too narrow. These are just slightly more narrow, which takes away a little bit from their comfort -Cheaper-feeling materials/construction than the originals Basically, just get the original Sk8-His or something. These feel cheap and don't work as well in a practical sense compared to the originals, due to their worse construction and traction. I don't anticipate that these will last as long as my other Vans have.

Just had to return these, they run small. Not as comfy or quality as the made for makers, Vans needs to upgrade the materials for the basic shoes.

The shoes are alright but around the pinky area. There's a cloth protruding out not a lot, it's like a small flap. It's so uncomfortable. It makes my feet hurt, the soles aren't good either. Bad quality.

These shoes would have been comfortable but for weird, thick seams across the tongues just under the shoelaces. The seams pressed against the big joint of my big toes and across my baby toes. And hurt! Even after I loosened the shoelaces. I had to return them.

The tongue is attached to the bottom of the shoe with elastic which made it tight on the top of my foot. I returned.

I have a pair of MTE high tops with the Cush soles so I assumed it would be the same. There is literally no comparison. These are probably the most uncomfortable Vans I've ever owned. I was beyond shocked. We ended up cutting the arch support out and it helped somewhat but they are awful
