I always wear size 5.5, unless the description says that shoes size runs smaller, then I get 6. This one clearly stated that it’s true to size, a lot of reviews even said it runs half a size larger. So I ordered my regular size 5.5. When these came, I was shocked to say the least. my feet didn’t even fit in the shoes!! there’s no way they’re true to size, very disappointed. Had to return and now I’m not even sure if I should order half a size bigger or a full size…

My husband has been wearing this style of shoe for years. The Vans were much too narrow at the instep. He could barely get them on, and when he did, the shoe was so tight it was extremely uncomfortable. The style was great, nice-looking shoe. But way too small.

This shoe, while very attractive, did not fit my husband, who ordinarily takes a size 8 shoe. The instep was too high and tight, and after styruggling to get the shoe on, it was extremely constricting and uncomfortable.

why do these shoes reek of dryer sheets smell? They are absolutely horrible!!!!

I was excited to compare this ‘comfy’ version with my regular Vans, but I couldn’t even get the shoe on. Dear Vans, if you want to add something to the inside of a shoe, you have to make the inside bigger to accommodate it. Very disappointed, sending back.

These shoes would have been perfect if both had been the same size! Zappos sent one 8.5 and one 9. Had to return and order straight from Vans.

Sorry Vans, we're breaking up. Yes, they look great, but people like to walk in these. When your 20+ year customers begged for a softer inner and a wider shoe, we were talking about the wide part of the foot. You know, right behind the toes? Do you guys test these on people's feet? A shoe that doesn’t stay on your heel is useless. You will love these if you wear thick wool socks year around, or have heels that are like upside-down mushrooms. If you have normal, human heels you will be disappointed. I wish I had believed the other reviews. So sad to say goodbye.

Too narrow and not as ComfyCush would imply.

I'm going to exchange these for one size larger - but the reason I'm writing this review is because the one shoe actually arrived with a stain on it when I opened the box. This should have been caught before it was sent - unacceptable.

Bought these Vans on 4/24/2020.. They seem to run small, especially across the tops of my feet.. I wore them 3 days a week, if that, and the comfort lining started to loosen up under the balls of my feet near my toes. Now when I slide my foot out, it wrinkles up the lining. . I cannot wear them at this point, i considered after market liners but there isnt much room in them. I probably should have went with the regular Vans.

I have a pair of these that I bought last year and loved, but I just got a second pair and they feel totally different. They're the same size and style but they're so stiff that I can't even squeeze my feet into them! It's a shame because they're really cute and the first pair was so comfortable -- but these are 100 percent unwearable. Unfortunately I threw out the box so I can't return them.

These were not as comfortable as the original Vans Lite Cush. They also ran very small. I just ordered another pair in a completely different model and am sending these back. They ARE NOT cushy at all.

Awful. Complete disappointment. I expected a cushier version of a beloved shoe. It did not at all fit right.

I bough these about 6 or 7 months ago, they’re comfortable, but they feel like they took a standard slip on shoe and just out in an extra thick insole, so the back collar of the shoe doesn’t come up as high on the back of your foot as a standard core slip on does, which makes it feel less secure, I walk out of them all the time, the top part feels too snug across the top of my foot. Good idea, but not well engineered.
