Never gotten the Cush before. Let me tell you tho, only thing Cush about these is the sole. The shoe itself is rather hard and rubs on back of heel.

Perfect for work, can dress up or down. Only thing I see as downfall, ordered in my normal size but they are a little tight at the top of my feet.

Love the shoes, but they are too wide. Have to put inserts in them to take up some of the space!

Embroidery is amazing. The shoe is well made and gorgeous. Downside is that they don't fit in my normal size, I had to size up. Seems like a defect

It looks very cool and I like it very much. But when I walk for a long time, my feet would feel a little tired. I think it's because the soles is kind of thin for me.

I've been rockin vans for 30+ years and these are saving my feet! I can't wear regular vans anymore. Too bad they don't come in all the colors. And if you wanted to make the insert a little thicker to give added comfort, I don't think anyone would complain. Some of us old fools still wanna wear our favorites but you know, we need that extra support!

Great shoe. Super lite. I did notice they fit slightly narrower than the original classic. I'm usually a 9.5 in other brands but with these I had to get a 9.

Pretty shoe

These vans are comfortable and lightweight. My only issue is these shoes are significantly wider then the classic authentics, and they wear out pretty easily. Ive worn the regular authentics to work for a long time and they last about a year usually, while these shoes had holes in them after a month.

Goes with everything and the colors are awesome!they look great with shorts and jeans.

I wear these with no show socks with jeans or shorts. As these are smooth black leather, they are a bit more dressy than the usual fabric off-colors, but not too much, and as such, can be used in ways you can't with just fabric shoes. The perforations don't do much for keeping your feet cool though... but it does look cool, which is important, right? I ordered size 10 which is my normal size but found it a bit tight and that was with thin no show socks. I suggest you try them on to see if you are true to size or need a half size larger.

The ComfyCush insoles are a lot more comfortable/squishy than regular Vans, but I wish there was more actual arch support.

I just received them and tried. I ordered half size up. Regular size is 6 but I ordered 6.5. Still tight. I should wear Without socks. So I recommend 1 full size up if you want to wear with socks. I also have comfycush slip on. Should have ordered a full size up those too. Too tight. But I will keep it....overall I like them. Classic version is more heavy. I like comfy cush better.

I love authentics normally and they are always the perfect shoe fit, and when Spongebob came out I had to get the comfycush. I wore them most of the summer with either Vans canoodles or thin socks to many compliments. It always felt good at the end of a day. Now I hadn't thought about pairing thicker socks when we got to more winter-like conditions like Vans crews which are thick, then I start to notice the more narrow shape the toe box is on this shoe. I love them though, very comfortable just next time I'd probably go up a half-size for slightly more width

I love the look of the Meadow shoes, so quirky! I would love to see other patterns in a design like this. I own many many Vans, and I find sizing inconsistent. Some shoes take the skin of my heels and toes (like these) and some fit just fine. I don't think there is any amount of breaking in that will fix this issue, they are just a hair smaller than my others. After walker at the Mall of America, my feet hurt. These are not going to be be my go to for any kind of walking at length. But the pattern, so cute, I just love them, even though they hurt.

Really cool design! I love vampire and horror movies and I hope in the future Vans would make more of these kind of designs. These are a little snug at first when you put them on but eventually will loosen in time.

...and shopping on Melrose in Los Angeles when wearing the Malcolm McLaren inspired regalia was quite the quest, (before it showed up in every mall across the USA in a chain that shall not be named because it's not topical).

Hey guys, don't fret, I never give 5* reviews but if I did you would've gotten it. First I'm a total Shoe Nut and have been for 3 decades. Also, I work for a Medical Cannabis Dispensary and I get more comments about some of my 'custom' and 'limited' Slip on Vans than almost any of my shoes. Some of my Classic Jordan's get a lot of talk, lol. Love the Custom and Special prints you guys put out. James

Very cute vans and I got them at a great price. The only thing I don't like is that I am used to the comfy Cush insole and this does not have it. If it had a Comfy cush it would have five stars.

I'm waiting for a cut on my heel to heal. Strange situation, the inside heel rubbed on my heel causing a tear in my sink. Yes I was wearing socks. Strange. I don't want to give up and return them yet. I wanna give them another chance. Great aesthetic design.
