I love Vans, have been wearing them since I was a kid. There seems to have been a sudden nose dive in the quality of the product as well as the quality of the customer service. I ordered this used to be expedited, not only that then not arrive on time, they were extremely late. Vans fortunately refunded my expedition fee, however it took multiple phone calls and several hours to be able to get ahold of anyone to do this. Furthermore, after wearing the shoe for 2 weeks, the sole is coming off. I have already glued it once but it keeps coming off. I tried to chat with the online customer service but it is not available. The phone number rings and rings. What happened to this company?? This stinks. Fix it!

My girlfriend recently bought these shoes for me and within the first 3 or so times wearing them, a hole opened up in the mesh by the toe. Ive had many pairs of older vans that have held up longer than these. I called the store and they told me I was out of luck since it was outside of the timeframe even though I told them i rarely wore them.

The colors are too dark you cannot see the blue and the red is too dark

Should have listened to the other reviews, I thought maybe there was just a bad batch but my true white shoes also arrived with a light blue tint. I think this is an issue specific to the ComfyCush canvas. I'll be ordering the non-cush versions instead.

I purchased true white and these have a blue tint, I purchased these along with two other styles of true white shoes and there is a clear difference.I will be returning because they have a noticeable blue tint that almost looks dirty.

I had bought a pair of the checkered vans in the past which were extremely comfortable and well cushioned. These vans are cheaply made and have nothing but canvas in the back so it tore up the back of my heel by my Achilles.

The pattern on this pair of shoes is great and exactly what my wife wanted, except it is almost like the right shoe is missing fabric on the top of forefoot. This makes it so tight, you cannot even get your heel into the shoe to wear it. Infortunately, I will have to exchange or return it because it is unwearable.

Ordered true white. They are almost light blue.

It has never taken so long to get what I've ordered ! Now I haven't gotten my shopping points. I called numerous times about the delay ! It forever said it was pending !!!

The shoes are not white. I reached out to customer service and they told me to return them and reorder. I shouldn't be responsible for a defect

The shoes I received fit comfortably, though have a light blue tint. I exchanged the shoes to find my replacement pair also was light blue, not white.

Shoes I got were not even close to the orange in the picture!! Think bright orange!!! Naw dark orange, mustard orange. Update the photo!! Returning ASAP!

I ordered these shoes and they arrived in a mint color. The base and stripe are white but the canvas is mint. They look nothing like the all white photo.

I LOVE the look of these shoes. but they are SO tight. I've ordered about 20 pairs of Vans online over the years and they always fit, but recently that's NOT the case. This is the THIRD pair of Vans I've ordered and had to return to my local store because they are ridiculously small. I ordered these a half size up - 11.5 - and they are still too tight even for my husband's foot and he wears a 10.5 shoe. Vans, what is happening to your shoes?!?!? At this point, I'm pretty much giving up on online ordering. Since I hardly ever shop for shoes at a store, you're losing my business. I can't be the only one with this issue. It's heartbreaking, because I LOVE Vans designs SO much. The stores have only a fraction of the selection the online site has.

BEWARE - the true white shoes are not in fact true white. I received mine and they have a BLUE TINT. I will most definitely be returning. Not cool!

Would not recommend these. I ordered TRUE WHITE and the soles are faded pink. Very disappointed.

I like the look but the sizing is very small. I have other Vans and the sizing isn't even closeI can't even get my foot into these.

I am a big vans fan having 20+ pairs over the years and never having an issue with the shoes. I got the shoes for special occasions so they have only been worn a few times and are in new condition. After 6 months of having them I wanted to wear the shoes and noticed the soles have literally turned pink. Because it's been past 6 months there is nothing vans can do. Attached are current pictures of the pinkish soles. Has any one else had this problem?

Cheap slip ons

I used to buy these all of the time every year, for YEARS. But last year 2021 I discovered the 7.5 was suddenly too big, my foot slipped out. I tried the 7, too small as expected. I waited a few months, tried 7.5 again, too big. I even called and spoke with the representative to see if there had been a size change but they did not know. Just tried to order these again (2022), still too big - what happened??? I have these in white and black from 2019 and they fit perfect. Please go back to the original fit!!!

I wanted to like these shoes I really did but I haven't even worn them a month and they're already coming apart and I don't even wear them daily they are cute, But the quality just isn't there, so disappointing.

I'm surprised these passed QC. The nose extends further than the sole. I've owned 4 different pairs of regular Old Skool in the past, this was the first pair of ComfyCush. The sole is comfy, but its as if they didn't take the larger sole size into account when making this specific pair. There is not enough room between the upper and the sole and I couldn't keep these on my feet for more than 5 minutes. Returning these for another pair of regular Old Skool

I am returning these Vans because they are not comfortable at all.
