Red immediately bleeds. Have shoes in white which is much better.

I've bought vans before and they have been very comfortable. However these cool looking black leather vans are narrow and hard to break in.

The shoes were cute, but unfortunately, too tight, so returned them. If you are on the border on shoe size, I would recommend ordering the next size larger. The arch support was not exactly what works for my feet; another reason for the return.

Fit wasn't even close. Way to small. Liked the aesthetic though.

Received with inside padding folded in half and lumpy. The black trim on rubber was chipped. I received a deective pair of Van's.

Shoe is cute but if you wear a woman's I would get a half size smaller. I normally wear a 10 and we're too big.

These shoes are really cute. I'm sad I ordered my usual size but they were too big. Order half a size down for exact fit next time.

I try to keep them but they are too narrow, not comfortable wearing them like. So I’ll be returning them.

after inserting my orthotics, I felt like I was about to walk OUT of them. The back was too low for my orthitics.

Love Vans especially the comfycush. But I think something has changed as these were so narrow so sadly had to return.

I ordered a size 10 which is usually pretty reliable for me in most shoes, within a half size or so, but when I tried them on I could barely even get my foot in. I tend to have a little bit wider feet, so I generally expect to run into issues with width, but these were so narrow that once I laced them up, you could almost see both side edges of the tongue of the shoe. I ended up returning them because I couldn't even guess how much bigger of a shoe I would have to get if my 'close' size was that far off. So, I can't really speak to any other factor of this shoes since I never actually wore them, but I thought that experience was unusual enough to warrant a word of caution. They are good looking shoes though.

Would’ve given these 5 stars but the color was off on mine. Order black and white, but they look black, brown and white. Not at all what I was looking for.

This shoe fit great, looked cute, but the seams on the inside of the shoe are poorly done. The right side had a large flap that rubbed against my small toe, and left had a similar issue. Sad to return, but not worth the blisters.

Ordered these in 11 since that's what I wear in Old Skools. I'm guessing due to the different sole they fit much tighter. I recommend sizing up

I purchased a pair of Vans at a local shoe store that have THICK insoles with Deluxe Comfort printed on them. I purchased these ComfortCush Vans as an additional pair, as I couldn't find the ones I purchased previously anywhere. They are not the same. While the insole is printed with ComfyCush, they're laughably thin, like 1/8 of an inch, and nowhere near as comfy OR cushy.

I've been buying vans slipons for years. I love the originals. But those who wear them know they don't have the most support or cushy soles.
So thinking these would be comfy cushy like the name implies I was stoked.
They have some type of rubber up towards the toe box inside, that is not present in the og ones.
This has rubbed on my pinky toes for the last few days and it has not gotten better.
The shoes are unwearable.

I've been wearing almost exclusively Vans for the last decade. This has included old skools, slip-ons, sk8-his, etc with checkered slips ons being my tried and true daily wear. I've never had issues breaking in any of my vans until now. This is my first pair of ComfyCush slip-ons and it's been non-stop irritating the back of my ankle despite wearing socks, stretching the shoe, and giving it time to break in. The size is right but the shoe construction seems different for some reason. This particular pair has turned what has typically been my go-to option into "id rather not".
Also, ComfyCush implies that these would be softer to walk on than they actually are. Pro slip-ons are dramatically more comfortable than these and I would guess that they would have a longer life than these ComfyCush soles will allow

I like the shoes, but I'm disappointed with delivery. They werenon my doorstep in the rain & the packaging & shoes were completely soaked & dripping wet. Suede shoes reek of rain and I can't wear em. Perhaps better packaging for bad weather would be better?

purposely bought the 'roo colorways, it's a personal fave. but, the *big but* is... these shoes are like paper compared to the last pair of old schools I bought not too long ago. why down spec the product?
totally surprised and honestly I should've sent 'em back. oh well, too late, guess I've got a pair of indoor office shoes now :-/

It is not easy finding a shoe uou love. I am the type that, when I find one I love, I buy lots of pairs because ai know they will be gone one day. My favorite so fat have been an old school shoe with the ultracush soles. Unfortunately, these are no longer an option. I purchased about 10 in various colors several years back and am in need of shoes once again. Closest thing is the comphycush. Unfortunately, these are tight and a wide option is not available. I purchased 3 different pair and they all have the same issue. I have to settle now for the ultra range EXO. The ultracush comfort but sacrificing the old school look that I love. Ultracush are the most comfortable sole and the shoe is sized correctly.
Please bring back an old school skate shoe with the ultracush sole. The comfycush.is too narrow and not as comfortable as the ultracush.

They are tight, not very comfy or cushy. They also look rushed when they were made. Not worth the price.

I've bought this shoe over and over again for over 30 years. This pair is super pointy in appearance on the outside and feel on the toe area inside. They use to be more rounded and therefore better looking. I don't remember getting a blister on the back of my heel either. I like the vintage materials better plus the rubber didn't crease over time like the previous rubber material from the 80's and 90's version. I also got outer sole delaminated from the shoe on the first day! Disappointed. Which I never have been before.
