I debated which style to buy. I’ve worn only one pair of Vans before and that was several years ago. Other customers said this style runs narrow and my feet are more narrow although medium width shoes fit me so I thought these would work. The toe box on these shoes has less room than others and felt a bit constricted at first. After walking around in them and flexing the toe I decided to keep them. Cute and stylish!

Opening the box these shoes just made me smile. These days we all need a smile and these shoes did it for me. I love the bright pop of color. Also I didn't expect them to be as comfortable as they are. So excited to add these to my shoe collection.

They're comfy keepers. This is the second pair(different color) for my grandson. So much better than his Converse...more cushion and better look too!

It's been decades since I've worn Old Skool Vans and the updates are great. Well-constructed, durable, and more breathable than I remember.

My son has always loved Vans and definitely feels the "comfycush" sole is more comfortable. These have a great retro look that he loves. Fit TTS and same as other Vans he's owned, both lace and slip-on.

I purchased these for my husband - he loves his Vans, and the pair he had was well road worn. The style was great but I was a little wary because of other reviews saying it was too narrow in the toe box. I didn't tell him, and immediately he had the same concern - loved the style and the rest of the fit, but the new narrowness was a deal breaker.

This shoe is cute and has great support. However, it is fairly narrow on the sides which is made worse by the fabric strips connecting the tongue to the insole. It is difficult to get on and off for these reasons. My heel also slips a bit in them.

The fit and size are good/true. They will require some minimal breaking in, but are exactly what I expected from Vans. The only part I didn't like was that the front of the toe section of the shoe is angled. I like it to be flat. This is just an aesthetics thing and doesn't impact the functionality.

They were a bit stiff for the first couple of times wearing them, but after that break-in period they are very comfortable. The comfycush does make a difference, I am able to walk all day in these and don't have any issues with my feet hurting. Definitely a plus for us mid aged folk who love the classic look but need a little softer support.

Great fit. And the extra cushion is appreciated because Vans are usually a bit uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, I had to return these. I ordered the same size as all my other vans, but these were too small (run about 1/2 size small). The next size up was out of stock, so I had to return them and purchase another brand of shoe.

I think these are more narrow than the other Vans. Probably would have been comfortable if they were wide enough.

I wanted to love this shoe...I DID love this shoe! But after wearing it around the house for awhile, it became very apparent the fit was not working for me. The toe box is very narrow in height(if that make sense) My foot felt squished from the top. Too bad. These were cool. Sending them back. The canvas one worked great for me. Ordering another pair.

These shoes are so comfortable. I'm 78 @ have major arthritis pain in my ankles @ feet. I don't wear them everyday, but the stitching on the side is coming apart. I would buy another pair of Vans except for the stitching issue.

Firstly, the "comfycush" insole...is just a name. I wanted to see how thick the soles were because they didn't feel like I was getting any support...why do Vans not have them removable? I had to rip them out and found they were way thin. No cushion whats so ever. Lacing them differently and adding better insoles makes the shoes way better. Shame on Vans for marketing a shoe as such only to skimp and lie.
