I normally wear an 8.5 in US size, and a 38 in Birkenstock original footbed regular width sandals. I have a pair of the fleece lined Bostons in 39 that fit well. I ordered these in a 39 as recommended. They were a bit too long but the width felt fine. The silver color however was too shiny for me. I am sending them back and will wait for another color in a 38 to try. They are very cute.

Ordered these for school (teacher) and went with a full size smaller than I normally am (I usually do this with Birks). So far they feel great! Maybe a small amount of time to break them in, like a day or so, but they seem to be shaping well to my foot and are supportive. Easy to get on and off but with a lot more support than a fashion clog or flip flop. Pretty cute with rolled skinnies! Keeping them :)

Love the shoes, they look great and and very comfortable (if thinner) footbed. Only problem is the elastic under the tongue of left shoe, on top of foot, pinches painfully even after several wears. Love them so much am keeping no matter what, and hoping they'll break in and stop hurting eventually.

Not the most supportive Birksi, footbed seems a little stiffer than usual styles or maybe the shoe itself? Still comfortable around the house.

I am a size 8 and I always wear a 38 in Birkenstock’s. I have been wearing Birks for years and these shoes don’t disappoint. They have ultra comfy and don’t have the traditional clog look. Love the style of these.

Love these. They have the same support I expect with all Birkenstocks, but in a shiny cute package.

I love these shoes. I have narrow feet and really struggle to find comfortable stylish shoes. These are a great slip on that fits my narrow foot with the buckle fastened to the tightest notch. I ordered the beige suede and after spraying them with protectant hope that they continue to look as good as they do after only a few wears. I recommend for narrow size feet.

Felt true to size with a wide toe for my old, arthritic toes. Very comfy and nice looking with pedal pushers, long pants, and jeans. Nice color goes with everything.Smudged them a bit on the suede and they brushed clean easily with the suede brush maintenance kit.

Birkenstocks are always my go to for everything. This style is a new one for me, its a great addition to my clogs and arizonas. So comfortable and easy.

Very comfortable wearing and the sand color looks great with blue jeans or casual pants. Runs small so I ordered one size up. Very nice loafer look that Birkenstock created and not clunky looking. Hard to find "loafers" that look decent.

I’m usually a solid 8 and they were pretty big. I ordered the narrow, and they are still wide.

I really liked these shoes. They were really supportive and cute. But the underside of the top of the shoe scratched me on both shoes. It was something about the stitching that attaches the elastic to the leather. It was really uncomfortable. I wanted to exchange these for a different pair but Zappos was out of my size. I’m so bummed. If Birkenstock restocks these in my size or in other colors, I’m definitely reordering.

These really are great shoes but Birkenstock needs to adjust their sizing recommendations which is why only 4 stars overall. The 37 is a minimum size 7 US even though they say 6-6.5 US. Wrong every time. I ordered these first from Amazon in the 37 because Zappos had no size 37 left and that was the size I thought I needed. Those were way too big. I went back to Zappos for the 36 (in silver) and they were available. Got them quickly and wore them for 3 days. I wear a 6.5 US (for as long as I can remember) and the 36 was perfect. After the 3rd day of wearing, it got hot again and I had to switch to sandals. They will be going with me on my California trip this weekend because they are so cute and comfortable.

I love the look of this shoe and was expecting a typical Birkenstock footbed. The footbed is hard and lumpy in areas. I had a recent total knee replacement and thought these would be great. I wear them all the time and have had recent soft tissue inflammation all around my knee. The Physical therapist asked to see what shoes I’m wearing and was concerned about the footbed of these and told me to stop wearing them all the time. Not sure if this is an issue with this style or just a defect in mine. I wanted so much to keep wearing them. ?

These shoes definitely run at least 1/2 size small. I usually wear at 41 barefoot and had to return that for a 42. Also, the fit at the toes is not quite a "toe-free" as regular Birkenstocks, but still good. Not perfect but definitely recommended.

Shoe as pictured but were large and wide, for a narrow. Color, etc. was fine. But on the foot, sadly, they look as if you are in an old age home. Not for the young of heart..

Style actually wasn't too bad, but I found the footbed to be too hard.

Size and comfort of 39 Narrow Birkenstock was fine. Unfortunately, the condition the shoes arrived in was not. The suede upper looked like it had raindrops all over it, the sole was dirty, and the innersole had footprint marks! The shoes had been obviously worn by a prior customer, and needs to say, I returned them. This has happened 2 times now in my last orders - never before. Zappos - what's happened to your quality control?
