These are very cute shoes. Easy to want to wear them everyday. Super soft leather in a awesome blue/black color. I wish there was a bit more support and cushion throughout and a bit more arch support would have made these 6 star shoes! Love them.

I really like these boots but the toe area is very flat and they just were not comfortable for me. I also need room for an orthotic and it’s just not there. Sadly, they most go back.

These cute boots were so comfortable for my two week trip to London. I wore them all over town and they were very comfortable. I loved that the toe was rounded for my light bulb - shaped feet. The leather is so soft and conformed to my feet. I just love them! The burgundy color is beautiful.

The navy is so dark it looks black in most light (except the fabric trim). The footbed was moderately cushy but with no arch support and it felt like the kind of cushioning that would quickly compress. The rubber soles are very flexible - kind of like wearing a slipper. My main issues though were that while both shoes felt tight across the toes (like there wasn't enough vertical space for my toes), one shoe felt decidedly narrower than the other and the decorative pleated area that runs over the top of the shoe was off-center on one shoe making it look like my ankle was rolled in on one side. I'm thinking this is just a quality control issue and since I love the style and the wonderful soft leather, I've ordered a size up. Fingers crossed that they don't have the same problem aren't too long.

There are two main issues with these shoes: 1) They have zero arch support or structure to the sole. You can feel the ground through the shoes because the flexible rubbery bottom shapes around whatever you're walking on. And there's even less of that rubber where you'd need it most - under the arches, so you can feel the shoe flex under your foot, like negative arch support. I bought these to be comfort/walking around shoes, but I can't wear them for that because they hurt after a few hours wear. 2) As others have noted the dye job is an issue - I wore my lovely new red ("Bordeaux") shoes in a light misting rain and they darkened up quite a bit to the point where they are now a different color than the shoes I bought. I haven't had the issue others had of the color rubbing off, but I've only worn the shoes a few times because of the comfort issue. _ Other things to note -- the outer leather is lovely and soft, and in the inner man-made material is soft and leather-like, which is nice. There's a little bit of squishyness to the foot bed, which is nice, but it's very limited and seems like something that will compress quickly. There was enough space in the shoe to put in half-insert to provide arch support, but it's still not a good walking shoe. Sizing seems to vary (I ordered them in a few colors - all the same size and some fit, while others didn't), as does the dye color and button placement, so some buttons look wonky on some shoes. _ If you're not looking for a comfort shoe and just like the style, these would probably be a good option - more comfortable than a heal, for example, or something with a pointy toe - as long as you can stay out of the rain.

Great booties with style and comfort. I put them on and didn’t want to take them off! They fit great and are comfortable around the ankles - they don’t cut in. Need more colors!

I love my comfortable and stylish miz mooz boots. However the arch support is something to desire for.

When I first saw this boot, I loved it. After reading some reviews, I decided my regular size (9) should fit fine. I have a wide foot and a very high arch. When the size 9s got here, I couldn't even get them on, and it was because of my arch. So, I ordered the size 41 (9.5-10), received them today, tried them on, and there was no problem at all. It feels like a good quality leather, so I'm, once again, VERY happy with Zappos.

I wasn't sure if I would like these, even though I am a Miz Mooz fan. They are so cute and comfy with a pair of jeans and frilly socks. They remind me of victorian shoes, but with a bit more toe room. I have been wearing them a lot and there was absolutely no break in needed. I love them. If they weren't so expensive, I'd get another color. The Navy is really dark and goes pretty well with black, too. I've been wearing mostly with washed out black or dark wash jeans.

I love these boots!! When I first put them on, I was afraid they were too small, but they snugged around my feet and fit me like a glove. They are very cool looking, fun to wear, and exceptionally comfortable. I wore them doing a lot of walking on vacation and they didn't bother my feet at all. Not many shoes do that. I love them so much that I bought two more pairs in different colors. Buy them - you will be glad you did!!

These shoes are gorgeous and buttery soft! I got them in the red color and that was beautiful too. Unfortunately I was just diagnosed with bunions and even though they don't offer different widths, I thought I would give it a go. Sadly they had to be returned. It was so heartbreaking. But if you have normal or narrow feet, go for it! They are so awesome!

Before purchasing I read the reviews. Most customers felt that the shoe ran small, so I purchased the next larger size. I am so happy that I did because the shoe is a perfect fit. I really do not like having to guess with European sizes. The leather is very soft and the shoe is comfortable. I purchased the navy and it is a very dark navy that is my only dislike with this shoe. It is hard to find a nice navy bootie, this one is a keeper.

First things first, the leather on these shoes is as soft and supple as other reviewers claim! They were delivered last night and I couldn't wait to put them on first thing this morning. I have moderately flat feet, and the foot bed feels neutral. They're lightweight, but seem sturdy enough to withstand winter weather in coastal Northern CA. I've rated these a 5 based on first impression, and will revise as needed after I've spent more time in these adorable boots!

Soft leather. Very comfortable! I wear a 7 1/2 and these have a little extra room, but not excessively so. Cute style. Arch support is minimal, but I’m very happy with these.

I ordered these late yesterday and they arrived before noon today. Amazing service from Zappos! Now about these Miz Mooz leather booties...they are simply adorable plus they are made with the softest most buttery leather imaginable. I'm a fashion conscious senior whose priority is comfort first. I slipped them on and they fit like they were custom made by someone's loving hand. The gorgeous kiwi color and detail of the beautiful stitching, ruching and leather button trim make these a winner. I wondered if they were going to zip up as they appear very narrow in the photos but they zipped right up. I'm wearing them in the house to get used to them but they feel wonderful from the start! I already cut the box so there is no way these are going back. LOVE...

Order a whole size up

This is a really cute boot. The leather is soft and comfortable. The very top of the zipper is a tad tight. The first pair I ordered had a broken zipper pull. I sent them back, no problem at all. While I was still on the phone with the employee, she found me another pair and confirmed I would get them the next day! The new pair is perfect and I love them. Thank you Zappos! You are the best!

It does run small...but a very cute style. I received a lot of compliments.

Size 39 was a half inch too small. Size 40 was too large I did like how they looked

These boots are amazing, but I will be returning for a larger size. I wear a 40 narrow in Birkenstocks and so ordered a 40 medium in these. My toe comes right to the end, and they are very narrow. Cannot be worn with a warm sock. I am hopeful a size larger will do the trick because I really love them. Nice comfortable, flexible leather and sole. Really beautiful boot! For someone who is used to wearing Birkenstocks, these definitely have less arch support.
