The sole of the show seems misshapen, feels like a hump on the blade of my foot. Hard to walk on for long periods. Ive had several Cole haan dress shoes before and not had a problem but these hirt my feet.

These zero grand shoes were supposed to be wide but my husband could not even get his foot in. He has another pair of lace up zero grands in the same size and almost the same style but a different color that fit him perfectly and he loves them.

Needed a size 46 belt that matched shoes but couldn't find one.

Truly love the look and feel of these shoes! Disappointed that the heel separated from the sole within a week of wearing (normal office use). Hopefully the exchange process for a replacement pair goes smoothly!

I have owned over a dozed CH shoes through the years, including another pair of ZeroGrands. My feet sweat in these shoes to the point of making them unwearable. I tried to return them, but because they had been worn, they would not accept a return. Even though the outside is leather, the lining is manmade and does not allow for circulation.

It's unbelievably narrow. Don't buy these. The only shoe I've ever bought like this. It's totally uncomfortable

Poor Quality. Quality has drastically decreased in recent years. Bought a pair of Cole Haan shoes in 2018 and loved them. Received this pair and sent back immediately. Flimsy with no support. Such a shame this brand has given up on producing a quality product.

For the price of this shoe, it has a very stiff sole and cushion, and pinches the outside of the foot. The quality has gone down hill drastically.

Very disappointed. These shoes are not worth what I paid for them, no arch support, cheap construction

The size of these shoes too narrow

Way too narrow, I'd really like to try the wide but they're never in stock

They charged my card 3x the cost of the shoe and when the shoes finally arrived, there's a squeak coming from the sole.

Wide size is not same as it used to be on prior versions. Returned shoes

They run very narrow even the wide.

The Wide version measures about the same (maybe 1/4" wider) than your regular shoes. An old Asian trick.

The big deference between color in your website and the nature. ????

Why don't you guys make more of the popular model black with black sole and more popular sizes like 10.5, 11 and up? I could never find my size available and is pretty frustrating. Just forecast more production of those, is that simple.
