These shoes are amazing. I have fallen arches and bunions so it is hard for me to ever get a good fit or a comfortable shoe. These shoes are perfect, fit like a glove on my foot, good support without pushing on my arches and they look so good with my jeans. I have 8 pr of Merrell's and I will never buy another brand.

For some reason the arch support in these shoes are quite bad that it hurts my feet, I have somewhat flat-ish feet and you can tell that the insole is made for only a specific narrower foot type in mind after walking in them for an extended period of time. If they can fix that to accommodate more foot types then it will probably be the best do it all shoes in the market. I love the concept of a durable sneaker that can handle some off-road terrain as you can't really know where you'll end up walking when you go outside of the country but again, the insole really hurts my feet so I have to change to another shoe mid-trip.

This batch or this individual pair of shoes were smaller than the (5) previous pairs I purchased.

After reading reviews and seeing they are narrow i went up a half size thinking it would solve the issue but they are still narrow and tight. only have been wearing a week hope they break in more. other than that very comfy shoe

I really liked this shoe when I first saw it. I liked the style and it was my first pair of this type. The shoe was good quality and very comfortable to wear. Minor complaints are that the eyelets for the shoe laces are very large and so while putting on shoe, the would slide out and I would have to re-lace them. I am still breaking in the shoes and there is plenty of room for your toes. Right now it is a bit tight in the middle of your foot on the inside arch but it might be better once it breaks in.

Have had these for a couple and so far so good. They felt a little tight at fist, but I got used to it pretty quick. I spend most of the year in sandals, so have a snug fitting shoe took some getting used to. However, they are great for when you have to be on your feet all day. Very comfortable, a good heel cushion. My wife was convinced I ordered the ugliest shoes I could find, but when I they arrived she was pleasantly surprised at how good they look. So far I havent had any issues with them.

I bought these because I wanted a versatile shoe I could use in almost every situation. Life moves fast and it's nice to skip swapping shoes sometime. These work great for working around the yard a bit, hiking a mtn, and going out to a restaurant(maybe give em a bit of a rinse first) The only part I wonder about, is the thin material that is around foot under laces. I'd say the pair without laces would be loose and would rip sooner. They are a bit tricky to get on but stretch too for nicely. Snug but some movement in shoe, the laces come in when needing to tighten up for serious running or work... 4.0-4.5 out a 5

I can see why lots of people say these are comfortable shoes, but IMO they run half a size small. Had to return them.

Amazing shoe, looks great, amazing comfort, easy to get on is suitable for easy to intermediate hikes (not rugged support). My problem with this shoe that keeps it from 5 stars is the out sole that wraps around the shoe separated 2 weeks into having the shoe and this shoe I've only done city things using it as a secondary shoe. I expect better from Merrell, and if I didn't love your hiking boots so much and this had been my first Merrells I might've given it 3 stars and not buy any further shoes from this company. Saying that the comfort is out of this world!

They are comfortable and light. Was what I was looking for.

Good looking shoe. Not really a "shoe for all adventures" as advertised though. Any type of wet weather will make these unwearable as they have fabric uppers. They have alot of arch support so could be uncomfortable for some. They are a very good looking shoe, more of an athleisure type of shoe. They ran smaller than expected. I wear a size 12 m and the 12s I received were small in length and width. Had to return the 12s

These feel like bedroom slippers on your feet. They are a bit snug fitting, but not uncomfortably so. If it doubt, I would order a 1/2 larger. Did not give five stars as I want to see how they wear.

Hard to select good shoes online but this one turn out perfect for me.

Needed a larger size than normal.

Never had a more comfortable pair of shoes out of the box. I was so excited then I walked around my room, with such disappointment that these were to narrow and my toes poked over the edge of her sole. Really surprised about this since I do not have a wide foot. I am hoping Merrell reads this and adjust production because I really really really want to own these shoes .

Seemed small initially but broke in well

These shoes perform. They look good in the city and also got me up a mountain in the Rockies near Lake Louise, Alberta with snow and ice still on the trails. I asked a lot of these shoes and was quite satisfied in how they felt and performed. The only downside is that after wearing them fresh out the box for three days, the bottom rubber layer (tread) began to peel off the heel and inside the arch. This only happened on one of the shoes in the pair, the other is still solid. Those three days I did a fair amount of walking in the city and hiked up a mountain in late May. Overall, a great design and fit. The only downside was a manufacturing inconsistency on a single shoe in the pair. I would highly recommend them if it didn't feel as if satisfaction was based on a "roll of the dice", so to speak.

I like Merrell hiking shows and have several pairs. Would have more Merrell shoes if you offered them in wide sizes. These are too narrow.

Beyond frustrated with these shoes. I LOVE how they look and have gotten several compliments about them over the last week. When I saw these I drove to Rockford to the Wolverine store to try and get a pair, with my luck, my size 7, was not in the store in any of the colors. I ordered them online and was thrilled with the fast shipping. These are extremely tight and fit smaller than other Merrell I have owned. I tried to exchange them for a 7.5 as my toes rub together and on the end of the shoe. I am told that I cannot exchange sizes because they are worn. Really disappointed, I bought these to wear to my upcoming trip to the EU. Like one of the other reviews states, SIZE UP!

This shoe fits so tight, like a waterproof shoe. Even with the laces very loose, the sock-like fit is very tight on my foot. I even bought a men's shoe, for a bigger fit (I'm a woman). I wear them, but they aren't my favorite shoe.

The shoe does not have laces and fits like a waterproof sock. I was afraid that this would make it very hot and moist during summer weather and promote foot fungus.
