This shoe has good grip for going up hills. It is lite and comfortable. This shoe handles roots and rocks great.

I did an outside run of 5 miles with these socks. Initially the tightness around the middle of my foot bothered me but I've used them several times after that for a 6 mile and an 8 mile run and I had no issues with comfort. Socks were true to size. I wear an 8.5 shoe and ordered medium
