I love, love, love the way these feel. I have a very comfortable and broken in pair of New Balance tennies that I am tired of looking so shlumpy in, so I ordered these as an alternative for casual jeans, pants, skirts, t-shirt dress type of outfits. They perfectly fit the bill! I have wider feet, one of which is wider than the other due to a healed complicated break, I have plantar fasciitis, and I'm recovering from back surgery. All that adds up to a real need for comfortable shoes. I'm not old enough to strap into velcro closures yet, nor am I ready for that! These shoes will provide the comfort and stability I need for casual wear, yet are more classy and stylish than tennies, and I'm so happy to have them! I ordered the gray because they'll go with everything, and I gave them a once-over with waterproofing spray to keep them looking nicer for longer. I ordered my regular 8.5W, and it was a perfect fit. The straps are soft against my sensitive skin. No heel blisters. Win! A+! Thanks, Clarks and Zappos!

Good compromise between sneaker & work shoe

I usually wear a wide shoe but in this case the wide was too wide. I returned them for the medium width and it’s just perfect. They are super comfortable and I can’t wait to wear them on vacation.

This shoe was perfect and so comfortable when I put it on. The cushion inside is quite comfortable. The straps were not tight at all. I wear a size 5 and the shoe was perfect.

These shoes are super comfortable. I have one difficult foot which requires a lot of cushioning and support. These are perfect. I could walk in these shoes all day. I just wish they came in more colors.

Wow, these are super cushy. I can see that these would likely be cushy enough for long walks. I have some concerns on the heel base of the shoe. My heel height is low and I am concerned this could rub the back of my feet. The little socks I use to cover my toes would not provide the heel protection to avoid rubbing and the shoes look funny with ankle socks. Torn on if I keep it and see if it will or will not rub my ankles. I expect folks with higher heel heights will not have this issue. Otherwise the shoe is Amazingly comfortable and are cute.

I originally ordered the same shoe but in the suede fabric and love them. I wanted a second pair but the black leather fabric didn’t feel as comfortable as the suede, not as much give. I would love if these were available in black suede, pretty please Clark’s!

I already have a pair of these in suede that I love, so I got the leather. Ouch. First walk and my heel is an open wound. I usually walk about 2-3 miles a day in my original pair. This was at about 1mile. :-( Sadly I live internationally so can't return.

perfect, favorite shoe

These were really comfy soles and cute. The strap kept them on my foot well and they didn’t slip. I usually wear an 8.5-9, and it was recommended I buy a 39. They were good for the arch placement, but too short in the toes. Had to send them back.

First let me say I'm a city girl with no car, so my shoes are my tires, and I need great ones that will be supportive yet cute. These are AMAZING, the most comfortable and cute shoe I think I've ever worn. I ordered two more pairs just to have for backup. I'm completely in love! Do order one size down, I'm always a 9 but in this shoe I took an 8.5.

Fit and size dead on and support thru arch is adequate. Sadly, the ball of the foot and toe bed have little to no cushioning so for someone who is on there feet all day it won't hold up. Back they must go.

These shoes are very supportive and very comfortable. I find almost all shoes uncomfortable but not these! I wish they came in other colors and I hope that Clarks continues to carry them.

I love these shoes! I have the grey and the pink. I also signed up for the black if they come back in stock. I'd buy even more colors if they had them. I wear carbon plates and thick orthotics in my shoes. My orthotics only fit in my New Balance Sneakers. They fit in these shoes. I'm thrilled because black sneakers with white logos are not very dressy.

I purchased a pair of the pink shoes and wore them the next day for about 12 hours without taking them off. Most comfy new shoes ever. Purchased a second pair in the gray in wide to wear when my feet sometimes swell in the summer months. Love both colors. The arch support is not enough to correct a problem but it is enough to maintain support and hits me in the correct place. I'm a senior and I don't like wearing FuddyDuddy shoes. These really work on that score & yet not crazy wild.

I loved this shoe and only ended up returning it because I didn't like any of the colors. I wish it came in a dark gray. It feels great out of the box and my feet felt well supported. I like the slightly dressier look vs a loafer or sneaker. It was similar in comfort to the Ecco Soft 7 Slip-on which I also really liked but wasn't exactly right for what I was looking for.

I love these shoes! I am in my 30’s but have foot issues, and these are comfortable and super cute! My only complaint is that my “no show” socks totally peep through the tops of these, so I’ll be looking for new ones that work with these particular shoes.

You can dress them up or down! It has soft yet structured sole that feels great. The leather is soft and will stretch a bit after breaking them in. I have a slightly wide forefoot with a narrow heel unfortunately there was no size 10 Wide available. I tried a 11 Medium which were a tad too long (foot slipped out but the toe box area was perfect width). I settled for 10 Medium which was a bit snug on my toes but after breaking them in they are much better. Can’t wear for too long but overall they are great!

The shoe box was too roomy so I had to add another sole pad. Then one little toe was squeezed so I have to modify that. Otherwise the shoes are great.
