After purchasing and returning four pairs of shoes I finally found what I was looking for! If you have fallen arches, a high instead, wide feet and toes that tend to curl these are the shoes for you. Because they run a little wide and have excellent support in the arch area as well as the insteap I find them very comfortable where others like Birkies didn't work for me. I will definitely try more of the Naot shoes with this footbed.

These shoes are great. Love the design, sole, heel cup. Look a lot like a Birkenstock style, but with a much more comfortable insole. Alas, I had to return. They were slightly too narrow at the ball of my foot. I have several foot issues that may have caused this. Great shoes, wish they would have worked out for me.

Naot used to be my go to brand for all my shoes. Over the past couple of years, the fit has changed and I not longer can seem to find a style that works for me. I thought this might be it, but unfortunately, it is not. The construction looked cheap and the insole felt weird on my foot.

I love Noat saddles but these were a bit too sloppy. I like more straps.

Very cute, nice color. Definitely wide on my feet. I wear lots of Naot sandals. They have good support and I can usually walk long distances in them. These did not work for me. Will return.

My feet are on the wide range of average. They are flat and require excellent arch support. The arch support was definitely moderate. The insole felt hard but tolerable. The styling has a strong resemblance to the classic Birkenstock; very casual. I returned them because the insoles were different.

I wear a size 37 in Naot, and this sandle is true to size. I really like the flexible rubber sole.

I would recommend these only to people with a foot on the narrower side of normal. My foot is a little wider than normal, but not so much that regular-width shoes are a problem. These were too narrow for me.

These weren’t that comfortable, somewhat hard footbed. Looked clunky like Birkenstocks. Had to adjust straps to the first holes which barely fit through buckle due to its widening strap. Returned and kept another style.

I felt this shoe was too narrow for my feet. I thought that would feel more cushiony , instead they felt rather stiff. I like the style, somewhat similar to the Birkenstocks. They were not as comfortable as the Birkenstocks. I really wanted them to be. So, I had to return them.

What a perfectly design pair of sandals!!! I love the improvement of design that Naot delivered with these “Birkenstock’. The cork material is there, but it is supported by this beautifully design rubber sole!! Ingenious!

Sandals are fantastic! Very comfortable. I’ve been looking for a women’s sandal with durable soles. These are it.

True to size; snug as a glove; the lacing system draws the shoe around the foot giving the feel of being a unit — foot and shoe.

I really liked the shoe, but unfortunately the grommet that attaches the bucket to the shoe is rubbing against by toe and is very uncomfortable .

Really wanted to like these shoes. I have wide feet and I had a hard time adjusting the buckles so that the shoes stayed on. I only wear them when I don't think I'll be walking much because they feel like they're going to slide off.

I bought this sandal as a possible alternative to a Birkenstock Arizona. While it may resemble an Arizona, it in no way feels like an Arizona. Despite tightening the straps correctly, I was unable to fit this shoe correctly to my foot. The bottom of the shoe sort of flops around as you walk which is a no-go for somebody like me with all sorts of foot issues. My daughter pointed out that it appears as if the heel cup is not as deep in this sandal as it is in a Birkenstock so maybe that's what causes the shoe to flop around. Otherwise, this is a cute sandal and a nice alternative to a Birkenstock, but cannot recommend for people with foot problems.

The Naot Shai are very cute, very well made, and the leather of the straps and footbed is great quality soft leather. I think they would be comfortable. But for me, the fit was not quite right. I have a very low arch and my foot just wouldn't rest right on the foot bed. I think people with normal or higher arches might really like these sandals. With the adjustable straps most people could get a perfect fit.

I wanted to like these, they look likel Birks, but I found the shoe very stiff. And my feeling is that Naot runs on the narrow side.
