I love these shoes! They fit perfectly and are very light as if I am not wearing any shoes. So easy to fasten the ankle strap with the velcro (I did not know it had this). I love classic color. The shoe looks well made. I am a size 11AA.

I have been LIVING in Naot Marissa sandals for years now. I have no clue how many I've owned-I wear them until they wear out.My feet are really problematic-stress fractures which never healed & other issues, but I am really comfortable in that model of Naots & can walk & stand in them. My only gripe was how masculine & ugly that particular model was (none of the others were comfortable on me). So I ordered the Naot Wand really liking how they looked, but thinking they'd be another uncomfortable one I'd have to return. By some miracle they look great & feel great ! Wonderful arch support for my messed up feet & they are actually feminine & pretty ! I love them !!!!!!

I have small ankles and the ankle strap is to big for me. Since the ankle strap is too big, my foot doesn't seat properly in the footbed of the shoe.

When I took these out of the box, I thought they would never work: too cute and dressy-looking. I was surprised to slip them on and find the footbed molded to my feet perfectly and supplied unexpected support. The wedge heel adds just enough height without feeling insecure. I know I will enjoy these shoes.

I really want to love Naot shoes, but every pair I've tried have had something a little off. This style, the ankle strap is awkward. The back straps don't cup the heel (in fact they don't even fit around the heel) and with each step the ankle strap tugged. The "X" over the toes is snug which makes them stay in place, but the ankle and heel cup would make me bonkers. For the price, these are a major letdown.

I am usually a size 6 but often find I need a 5.5. I bought these in 6 and they fit great. My foot is a little on the wide side and the shoes were very comfortable. Straps didn’t cut or rub. I also have tiny ankles and heals. The strap around the ankle is adjustable (Velcro) and I was able to put the strap nice a tight. The brown color is perfect not too dark and not too light. I wish it didn’t have silver on the outside heel but the shoe is so comfortable I decided to keep them and ignore the silver. I would buy more if they were cheaper. I’m sure I’ll wear them for years.

Why are there half sizes in smaller sizes, but not in those above 9? This is so annoying! i am a 9.5 or its European equivalent in virtually every other pair of shoes I own. I know this is not a Zappos issues, but a Naot one. Note to Naot: Tall women have feet above 9. Thanks.

I am an 8.5 (EUR 39) in almost everything, and these were true to size. The footbed was very comfortable and agreed with my plantar fasciitis. The nubuck leather was soft with no rubbing, and the forefoot straps fit just right. However, I couldn’t seem to adjust them right to keep the heel piece from popping open and closed.

I wear an 8 1/2. And I usually go with a size 40. Size is just right,

Comfortable dress shoes are hard to find but these fit the bill. They are also cute with jeans and a blouse.

This was a well made stylish shoe, however the ankle strap alone did not hold my foot back adequately. My foot slipped forward with each step causing my toes to project over the footbed. Not a comfortable situation. Otherwise I wish they had worked out. Nice looking shoe.

I am an 8 1/2 . Size 40 fits best. Because of the Velcro strap, it is difficult to fit around the ankle perfectly. Will wear anyway because they look good on my feet. Love the style.

This shoe is pretty stylish while still being comfortable. I'm choosing the Born Sevier instead but this one was a strong contender.

Really pretty shoe. But what made it so attractive is probably why it wasn’t working for me. Felt as if my foot was at risk of coming out of the sandal or my twisting an ankle. I need a sandal that can withstand 3-5 miles of walking and these are not them.

These are so comfortable for a dressy sandal. This is my 3rd pair of Naot sandals. Two small issues though. The ankle strap is a bit big for my small ankle. There is quite a bit sticking out at the end if I make it tight enough. Also, the shoe bed should be a darker color. Some other sandals have the dark gray color. It would be better on this dressy sandal. My other Naots with the beige footbed get very dirty over time. Definitely keeping them. They are dressy enough to wear with a dress.

I NEVER spend this much .. however, I really needed a cuter shoe for summer events, fairly dressy, and something I can wear all day if needed.... FOUND It!! I am a bit surprized that they are not very high..not sure what I expected,..maybe it's due to the fact that it's a very slight elevation all the way along your foot..!? Very comfortable, the velcro on the ankle makes it easy to fit, and they are snug enuff that they do not allow your foot to slip around. they are just right - feel like I could wear them for hours! And the bottom is not that slippery plastic, nor is it so narrow that the heel is useless...these feel very safe and comfortable! And they're really cute!

This is a very comfortable sandal with excellent arch support! The size 9 runs true to size and they are wonderful to wear all day. Really cute too.. so happy because it is difficult to find sandals that hit all these high marks!

Exactly what I want. Versatile style & color that I can wear with pretty much anything. Even more important to me, extremely comfortable with good arch support.

THESE ARE SUCH GREAT SHOES! FOR DAY AND NIGHT, ONE CAN'T FIND ANYTHING BETTER IN A BLACK SANDAL!

First, I generally wear an 8W due to bony feet. Given, how the front of the sandal straps split on each side where it covers the front of my feet (bunion area), I was able to wear an 8M without a problem. The sandals are really cute and very becoming -- and my feet are not. I walk a lot and was worried that there wasn't enough cushioning. I didn't have a problem after a mile on Chicago sidewalks. I am going to buy another pair.

I loved the style and color of this shoe! Sadly it is too wide in the toe area for me, so I am returning them. I should have ordered something with an adjustable band over the toe. The Naot Hero fit very well.

This is a beautiful, stylish suede shoe. The heel was too roomy for my narrow heel, making me feel insecure walking, but the shoe overall was comfortable. I’m a size 8 and the 39 was the right size for me. Aside from the too-roomy heel, I didn’t think these were the right choice for an everyday sandal. They’d be perfect for going out.
