These sandals were comfy the moment I first put them on (no break in required). I've had Naot shoes before that I liked, but I LOVE these! They are even more comfortable than my previous Naots (more arch support), and they have a much nicer looking style. I liked these so much I bought all three colors. I usually wear 11 in shoes, and the 42 fit great, and my feet are on the more narrow side. I will definitely be buying more Naots in the future, and I of course love Zappos since I usually can't find size 11 in stores.

I have numerous pairs of Naot sandals, all of the Elegant line in narrow to medium. They fit my narrow to medium feet perfectly. I wear a 9.5 shoe and ALWAYS wear a 41 in Naots. So do notice -- they run 1/2 size short. This Indigo colored Brittany fits well, as usual, but the color isn't indigo. It's Cobalt with a tiny touch of purple. Just so you know. Beautiful color, but not even sort of indigo. I'm hoping for more bright and/or summery colors -- this style is flattering and very very comfortable. Excellent arch support, as I require.

I wear an 8 1/2 and I ordered the 9. Fit was perfect. I have serious bunions and the straps were very forgiving due to the soft leather. The leather is so smooth, soft, no ruff spots, and expensive looking. The ankle strap was set perfect for me. I cannot stand any pressure on top of the instep and these work or well.

These are beautiful, love the color and the criss-cross straps. Would have been comfy if the strap had been well designed. The problem is the velcro closure; it's ugly, hard to adjust to the right length, and makes the fake buckle hit in the top middle of my foot. I have found that velcro closures in general are a pain because they snag on pants and dress with thinner fabric. Also these sandals have a strong chemical odor. Unfortch going back.

This is a beautiful color, and I was disappointed it didn't fit . Its marketed as narrow to medium , but for me , it was too wide around toe area. They are very light, and I think they would have been comfortable had they been a bit narrower. Back they go. Zappos is the best especially for people like myself who have a hard time with shoes/sandals.

Perfect fit. Light weight. Great for travel. Can wear instead of hot sneakers.

Since I'm new to Naot, I didn't know whether to size up or down since my US size is a half size. Now I know to size up. These fit perfectly and are sooo cute. The blue is NOT navy, but it's dark enough to go with my summer blues. Very pleased with the look and feel of these. Home run!

These sandals fit wonderfully out of the box and the leather is very supple. They felt so great, in fact, that I took the chance to wear them around Manhattan one Sunday (a huge gamble!) where I walked a total of 13,300 steps/ 6 miles according to my iphone and there wasn't a single blister or sore on my feet when I got home. I think in some respects they are even more comfortable than the Naot Paris sandals I bought last season. These sandals are more narrow compared to the Paris sandals, and perhaps feel more comfortable because even the straps seem to hug my feet more. I look forward to wearing them around the city as the wedge gives them a slightly dressier feel. Very happy with this purchase!

These sandals are so cute, comfortable and true to size. I have several pairs of Naot shoes and they are always so comfortable. I have a size 11 narrow foot and these are perfect for me.

I pretty-much love every Naot shoe I've ordered. These are all-day walkable, but cute enough for dinner out as well. Great shoe for travel, as it is very light weight.

These are cute on. Comfy and supportive but not too clunky. They are also very lightweight. The straps are soft. The "buckle" is a velcro closure, so easy to get on and off. I like that they have a little bit of a wedge--gives you a little height without being too high. They have a little bit more style than the typical walking shoe. Keeping these.

These are cute and comfortable sandals. I usually wear a size 39 but listened to reviews that said they run small and purchased a 40. They fit perfectly. I really like the soft and supportive footbed.

Very comfortable and stylish. I'm pretty picky with shoes because I have a bunion that causes a problem for fit and comfort. just wish they came in different colors.

I agree that this sandal felt a bit short, but not enough that it was a half size too small. It felt slightly narrow, but one day of wearing and the suede straps stretched for comfort. Very lightweight. The lilac color is lovely. Received many compliments on them.

The Naot Brittany is an extremely lightweight, comfortable sandal. It felt good right from the get-go and is even more so after a few weeks. I like the lavender color which was on sale, and the fact that they're so light on the feet in this hot hot weather we're having. I took off a couple of stars cause I don't love them/their look. But for the money, Zappo's easy buy/return policies, comfort, adjustability, and construction, I'm glad I purchased.

Because I'm between sizes, I ordered both a size 39 and 40. Both pairs seemed narrower than some of the other Naot sandals. Additionally, on both pairs, the ankle strap on one shoe was about a half inch longer than the strap on the opposite foot. And, even though the sandals are a narrower width, the ankle straps are really long, so that if they stretched at all, I would run out of velcro on the closure. Having one strap longer didn't help. I did like that these sandals had a more delicate/feminine styling, but overall they just didn't fit.

Like the other Naot sandals I have, these fit perfectly & comfortably right out of the box. ( I wear 7.5 M & 38 in Naot. ). Though not a shade of indigo, they look great with navy blue which is what I purchased them for. Not sure how Zappos does it but they did arrive in 2 days as promised and I live in a rural area.

These fit perfectly in my usual size and were comfortable right out of the box! Love the lavender color. These were my first pair of Naot’s but they won’t be my last. I think they’re cute and stylish and I love that the strap is Velcro that looks like an actual buckle. So much easier to put on and getting the little pin in the correct hole and making them comfortable!

When I originally bought these I thought they were going to be my go-to walking sandals for 2 trips to Europe this summer. They are lightweight and more stylish than the typical walking sandal. But as I was trying on clothes and packing for my first trip, I decided the arch support was too much for my feet. They actually hurt. If you need arch support, you might love these but I’m sending them back.

Naot never disappoints in style, fit, or comfort. These will be in my shoe wardrobe for a long time. Beautiful color and style.

I just received my second pair and the fit and comfort is as perfect as my first. The leather is soft and supple. The footbed is firm and supportive. They are feminine and elegant looking. I have very poor feet with many issues and these sandals work for me.

Wow, are these comfortable, and pretty. I have so many Naot's, and I absolutely did not NEED these, but they are perfect and stylish and help my aching feet. I am so glad that I purchased these. My only complaint is that I don't live in a climate where I could wear them year round. Winter in Wisconsin is too cold for these, but my feet feel so much better in Naot's sandals.

OH my are these comfy! I fell in love with these from the moment I tried them on. I am not crazy about the contrast between the lilac upper and the dark wedge so opted for ordering them in black. They feel amazing on my feet and look nice as well. Definitely recommend these for walking around and being able to pair with a skirt or dress.
