Bought this because of the flashy trendy color. Hope they come out with similar designs on other colors like the European shoe companies did ten years ago. Glad SAS appears to finally catch up and expand their market.

I own several pairs of Journeys both leather uppers and mesh uppers and I thought these would be similar. They really are not. The Pursuit is a lightweight shoe that I find to be great in the gym but not really suitable for a lot of walking because of the lack of cushioning in the sole. I took out the SAS inserts and put more padded inserts into these shoes which helped give my feet a bit more cushioning on the treadmill. I love the lightweight feel for use in the gym and the wide toe box is very comfortable. I am a 70 year old female who prefers the wider fit of SAS men's shoes (71/2 wide) as I have wide feet and make no attempt to hide that fact. Comfort is everything to me when it comes to shoes.

The shoes look nice. I can't seem to find the right size for my feet.
The medium width was too narrow and the wide width was way too wide.
Sadly I had to return them.

Every day use, walking, no running.

I have worn the Journey Mesh Lace Up Sneaker by SAS almost exclusively for several years. When I saw this "new" Pursuit Lace Up Sneaker, it was an opportunity to try a different style. I like the Pursuit, but it doesn't seem to be as supportive in the arch as the Journey.
Also, the "but..." part of my review involves the cleaning kits that were offered when I purchased the last two pair of SAS shoes on line. Got the shoes in a timely manner, but no cleaning kits!

Mainly for walking, could use more cushioning around the ball of your foot

Have owned pair of these for 9 months. Liked the styling. For running they are inferior to other common brands. Quality issues. The rubber part of the toe has stitches that unravel causing a frayed appearance and peeling back of the rubber. Would expect that with the price you pay this would not have happened so soon. Quality should match pricing.

Hard to tell anything about these because they were so narrow that once they were on the had to come off instantly.

The overall design of these shoes would make them good athletic shoes for many people, but not for me. It doesn't fit my foot in the front. The toe box is just too narrow and pointy. As a result, the fit is very different from the other--very comfortable--San Antonio Shoes I have. I returned these.

Worst sneakers I have ever worn, purchased wide but still snug. Uncomfortable when working out in them.

SAS makes wonderful shoes but with this model they need to start over. I walk my dog at least two miles six days a week and wanted a good walking show. The clerk in the SAS store where I live said these were running shoes and they felt pretty good in the store. Unfortunately, after wearing them every day for almost three weeks I have to stop. They have very poor cushioning and heel poor support. My heel hurts when I wear them which is something new for me. So I would not recommend these shows.
