This flat has a highly cushioned insole (a plus) but it's sweded and for me that's a minus. The fabric covered insole retains heat so after a while, feet feel too hot, also, it's hard to just slide your foot into the shoe because of the traction the faux swede provides. The area of the cap toe has no give and that is where the shoe feels most uncomfortable. Otherwise, the leather has a nice substantial feel and the color makes them easy to style with almost anything. I had to add additional gel heel inserts for additional support and because the back of the shoe is high so the inserts help raise my foot out of the shoe just enough to avoid blisters. Mine needed some breaking in., but now they are nice. I wouldn't walk too far in them, but then, I have plantar faciitis, so the lack of heel support may not be an issue for others.

Usually this brand works well for me, but not this time. The were a no go in all areas.They kind of looked like a shoe that the Church Lady would make a naughty daughter wear... As a form of corporeal punishment.

Beautiful shoe, seems to be well made, love the style and colors, but it runs about 1/2 size too large. I ordered my usual size 7W and am returning it for a 6 1/2 W.

This pair of shoes is stable and has nice insole. However, if you look for flexible and soft flat shoes, they might not be for you.

I wear a 9.5 narrow . The shoe fit well. The neutral color makes it very versatile. I look forward to wearing it.

The fit and size was good. The primary consideration in my choice was the toe box and width. Very few brands including Clarks have this consideration. The width was good the toe box very comfortable. There was a padded arch area which was good.

Felt a bit more snug than my previous soft Walks and required a short break in time. Not quite as flexible, great arch support and a keeper nonetheless. Attractive and nicely made

Everything was great about the shoes except the craftsmanship. The left shoe had the leather toe cap piece sewn on crooked. This is the second pair of these I bought and the first one that doesn't look good when I wear them. I'd send a picture but I am not computer savy enough to put it in this e-mail.

I really like these shoes—they’re cute and comfortable and my feet still feel good at the end of the day. Great arch support!

Arch support was too high and too far forward.

The length and width were fine. The arch support was much too high and was uncomfortable.

This little gem comes in narrows, perfect ballerina flat. Comfy beyond others. Patent leather a plus.

I normally wear a 10 but this shoes was too big. It was cute but had to go back.

The fit was absolutely terrible. I ordered my usual 8 1/2 but so small! I exchanged for a 9 and that was also small! Now they won't exchange again. I have to return (they tried to give me a gift card and I said absolutely not! I paid cash for them and that's what I want back.) I'm debating whether to go through all of it again and try the 9 1/2. The shoe is very cute, so I might.

Love this shoe! Love the softness, it has just the right amount of arch support. I don't use tennis shoes and this is a perfect walking shoe for me. Just wish that the heel was made out of stronger material. $115 is a lot to pay for a shoe that lasts one year due to the heel wearing out. I buy one every year :( I do like the extra insole that comes with it - which can be taken out and thrown in the washer (not dryer)- helps keep the shoe fresh!!! This is my 4th pair

I didn't know this brand and am delighted to have discovered it. Although I find this pair pricey, despite the rebate, I admit the leather is remarkable for Spring and Fall. Hence my purchase. My size (for the foot without a brace) is 7 W. The brace on the left foot makes the real difference. I usually wear an 8 WW. However, this time, the 7.5 W fits tight. So, I ordered a 7.5 WW and am almost sure it will fit perfectly. If it doesn't, I will change my review. This availability of various sizes, widths, and styles, returnable without rush, makes Zappos the only place I buy my shoes. I highly recommend the brand and model I chose.

I had to order a half size smaller than my usual size and it took a couple of times wearing them to fully break them it. After that they are very comfortable for all day wear.

Very comfortable and fit perfectly on my 7N feet.

I have only tried them on so far. They fit and feel comfortable which is a miracle for me. The arch does feel a bit high like some have mentioned, but I imagine the cushioning will go down over time. I have a wide foot and am very hard to fit.

this is my third pair of these shoes - perfect fit and very comfortable.
