This boot is beautiful. The pattern on the side is subtle but interesting and gives it something special. I ordered a half size larger than my usual size so that I could put an orthotic in it and still wear thick socks. The strategy worked well. I don't trust my monitor to show colors properly and was not sure what "olive" meant but hoped the boots would not be green. They are not. They are a beautiful ambiguous color, neither brown nor gray nor green and could be worn with anything. They seem sturdy and well-made but only time will tell about that. In the meantime, I'm collecting compliments.

I use these boots for everyday wear in cold weather. It is a very comfortable boot for walking and being on your feet.

I usually wear 5.5-6 I bought 6 and it fits well when tie tightly

I had bought the wheat color ones two years ago and decided to purchase the black ones to match with other outfits. Very comfortable shoes. I wear Nike or other workout type socks with these. I prefer to do so since they are thicker, heavier than your usual shoes. I can wear them all day and I am usually not fatigued. Depends on how much walking I do. Really love these shoes, my next buy will most like be the grey.

I have worn my Pink Nellie Chukka Boots out 3 times now in the past month and have been stopped every time. Several women on each outing wanting to know what they are and where to get them. My husband beams every time. The perfect gift for anyone. Love them, very comfortable, & stylish! Highly recommend!

Comfortable shoes and great with jeans!

I was nervous about if the ankle part and tongue were going to loosen up or stay too stiff. But within a day of wearing them they became more comfortable. Would recommend wearing with thick socks!
