The shoes are to loose and since they don't tie you can't snug them up.

Save your money! On another website, the Skechers Work Cessnock was suggested as a top shoe for people who work on their feet all day. I read the positive reviews here on Zappos and ordered a pair. As a barista at Starbucks, I'm on my feet for my entire shift. As soon as I put these shoes on, my feet are comfortable, but that comfort only lasts a couple hours. Six hours into an eight-hour shift, my heels are throbbing. I have narrow to medium feet, so I selected D-Medium as the width. However, this Skechers style has a "Relaxed Fit" which I find to mean "extremely wide." Plus, the laces are infinity bungee style, so they can't be tightened. I previously purchased the Merrell All Out Blaze Aero Sport as my work shoe. They're really ugly in comparison, but my feet don't hurt by the end of my shift. I've gone back to wearing those.
I'd also recommend:
Original Penguin, New Balance, HOM, Levi's, Dockers

These shoes just did not work for me. I work in food service so I was very excited about them but they just didn't have enough support for me. I loved how nonslip they were though

This is the second pair I bought because I needed another color. The first pair were great and are still running strong. The second pair the outer lining on the insole stared peeling off after 2 days of use.

One of the lace eyelets broke upon initial tightening. It was easily repaired rather than going through the hassle of exchanging the shoes.

I wear these shoes at work. I work at chick fil a outside so I got these to go with my shorts. These shoes are very comfortable for how much I walk, but after my first shift wearing them I noticed the insoles started peeling.

Bought theses shoes for work, these shoes were for temp work unloading trucks and stocking groceries during this horrible time in our world history. I was laid off my job and this temp job is all I have so spending the money on this product was all I had. The shoes wore out in a week! They are horrific for anyone that has to be on their feet for hours at a time.

Bought the shoes mostly for work use and haven't gotten much utility from them. The inside sole is ripping off one week after I started using them and they are very bad if you get smelly feet since the don't keep the odor inside.

These shoes are just Okay... I got them because I NEEDED Non slip shoes for work and I needed them ASAP. Bought these and they SEEMED great, but quickly noticed how they aren't cushioned enough... very thing Memory foam that's inside. I stand on floors that are inside a Home Depot, Costco ect ect... for about 6-8hrs straight (and no sitting down during lunch/break doesn't make a different)
They're not very comfortable to me. At this point I'm just wearing them to say I have the correct shoes for work.
Also, very limited on what I could get here, I wear size 15 and they are Wide as well! Not much to work with...
