If you happen to be over weight (as I am) these shoes are slip ons (with faux laces) .. If you fit this category I needn't expand on the reasons.

Husband had brain surgery earlier this year, severely diminished use of right limbs. Needed comfortable but somewhat stylish slip on type shoe. These more than fit the bill. He gets many compliments on them.
