While I loved the style, there were 2 major issues for me: 1. The leather was extremely stiff and thick, to the point where it was difficult to even put your hand inside. I actually prefer stiffer leather because it keeps the shape of the bag, but this was beyond too rigid for me! and 2. If you want to use the longer strap you need to hook it into small holes on each side. It's difficult to get the hooks in, and there is no 360 degree toggle clasp (not sure what these are called) so the strap is wonky.

the style is beautiful but the leather is very very stiff. so sadly i had to return it.
