My usual size fits properly in this shoe. Because multiple reviews cited size issues, I ordered a 1/2 size down and needed to return afterall for my usual size. Getting my feet in the first time was a little trying, but don't be alarmed...day 2 and they are really comfy. The "tight" tongue helps keep this slip-on shoe nice and supportive.

i. love. these. shoes. the chunky platform has great presence, and the crisp canvas upper is perfect for spring and summer. chucks don't have enough arch support for my comfort, but i just slide in a supportive athletic insole and we're good to go. white chucks wash and bleach pretty well, but i'm getting another pair to have on deck - i like to wear with maxi skirts and dresses, and so the tops can get a little dingy if i'm doing a lot of city walking.

Fit and comfort are wonderful. I wore without socks with my leggings and they are very breathable. My feet never felt hot. Im 5' 1" and the bit of added height was nice.

I normally wear a 6.5 and could have gone down to a 5.5 but I have high arches, so I'm using an insert, which makes the 6 a perfect fit. I like the look of these with jeans and skirts of any length for spring and summer. I also had problems with a delivery and Zappos customer service was super helpful!

As always great style and look by converse. Fit was as recommended order a half size down. It was a perfect fit. I also was able to wear converse socks with them. Comfy for walking around in and you can dress them up or down. I like the height on them I was able to pair it with a casual dress and blue jeans.

I have owned many, many pairs of Converse in my life. Comfort (especially if wearing/walking around all day) has never been a strong point of them... however, with the platform style, there is a noticeable amount more when it comes to cushioning and find them to be very comfortable. They're a little heavier than your regular Converse (because duh- platform), so they slip a little on the heel, but not much and I haven't had any issues with rubbing or blisters. I ordered my usual size and they fit perfect. I've been testing them out by wearing them all day long and I think they've passed the test enough that I'll actually wear them while at Disney World. Seriously. They're pretty dang comfortable!

These feel great, no arch support but they are nice and cushiony. I think they run a bit large as they are much roomier than the Shorelines I bought in the same size, but not so much that they feel too loose or "floppy". They are super cute and I adore the easy on/off of not having to fiddle with shoelaces.

Was excited to get these but they were too big and had to go back. Now they don't have my size ;{ . I think I could go a full size smaller.

I am usually a size 8 but Converse tends to run larger so I ordered a size 7 and 7.5 and the 7.5 worked. One thing that I didn't realize was that it doesn't come with laces, this is a slip on which is fine. I guess I didn't read the details. The one issue though is that these are very hard to slip on. There is elastic on the inside which stretches but it is still a little bit of a struggle. The other issue is that this shoe slips off my heel when I walk. I tried the 7 as well to see if it that helped but this happened with this size as well, although not as much. The 7 was too short though. I tried on a sock with it and the sock helped. I can wear a no show sock if I want to look like I am not wearing socks. I really liked the platform heel. This helps since I am 5'3 1/2. I bought these to wear with some cute overalls and the extra height helps. Overall, this is a nice classic sneaker. I am hoping that the struggle to get them on will become less of an issue if I wear them more often. If it came with laces then this would obviously be a non issue. But this was not a game changer for me.

These are cute but run large in the heel. My heels slip out as walk and there is a strange crunching sound when walking in these. If you have wider heels then these Chuck Taylors are for you!

I wanted these so bad, they're so cute. However, i'm normally a size 8 and my heel kept coming out of the 7.5 and while the size 7 fit it was just not comfortable. Sadly had to return... :(

Didn’t like them! They looked like clown shoes!

Have only had these for about a month and are already falling apart. Not good quality at all- i do not recommend.

I wear a 6.5-7 in any other shoes except Converse. I have 6 pair of Converse & all are 6’s including these. When you put them on, you have to put your finger in the little heel loop & pull up & wiggle your foot in. If you don’t use the loop, you’ll lose your mind. In my opinion, no Converse are really that comfortable BUT they’re decent & they’re so cute so you just make do!! I have the platform w laces & the platform slip. I’m in love w the platform slip! :)

I normally wear an 11 but they were way too big (I did not order those from Zappos) but I ordered a 10.5 from Zappos and they were perfect. Super cute and comfy!

Love my converse...needed slip ons because of hand surgery....so cute

I loved this shoe, but have narrow feet and the heel kept slipping and rubbing, no matter what kind of inserts I put inside. Also, I was planning to use for them walking, but they are really heavy. Still, cute as can be! Wish they would have fit better, and I will be returning.

My order arrived super fast on Saturday and on Friday I still received my order. I was very good around it in size 7 mostly I am 6 1/2 to 7.

A bit of work to get them on so ordered a half size larger. But oh so fun and flattering!!! Love them!!
