I love converse and I love these sneakers. I usually am around a 9.5/10 however I am a 9 in these. I could actually be a 8.5 but the shoe is narrow and don't want to risk it.

These converse are sooo cute and also one of the most comfortable sneakers I’ve ever had (I hate the word sneakers but don’t know what to call them). They aren’t like the regular basic Chucks. The tongue and back heal part are padded which is so comfy (zero blisters and I’m very prone to blisters) and the padding also makes them look even cuter. I liked them so much I ordered 2 more pairs in other colors.

I am in love with these converse Madisons my first pair of Converse ever at 65 years old yay! The padded collar ,the padded tongue and the padding on the Sole was wonderful! I feel like they run on the narrow side but I do have wide feet and some foot problems but not so narrow that I’m not keeping them. I went 1/2 size up so I would have a little extra width. I usually wear a women’s 8 and I went with an 8 1/2 so they are a little bit on the large side now but so comfortable! Adorable no matter what your age , they rock!!!

These definitely feel like they have more cushion than your standard Converse sneakers. I don't think the tip turns up too much on these women's size 7.5 like some people say. Maybe it's a larger vs smaller size? My only real complaint is that the laces were WAY too short and made the tiny little bows pictured. Luckily I had another pair of white sneakers I was getting rid of that had long enough laces for these; you can see the laces that fit were like 5+ inches longer than the laces the shoe came with.

I had actually seen these in a store and tried them on to determine what size fit best. They were pretty pricey in the store so I went online to see if I could find the same shoe for a lesser price. They were cheapest on this website and I am very happy to have saved some money (maybe $15-$20 saved)! I bought these as a replacement for my old shoes (which were a no-brand shoe) as you can see in the picture. Very happy with my purchase!

I found that the Madison does fit a little differently than the classic Chucks. These are true to size on me, the classic runs a half size larger. The comfort is really good, but there is stitching on the side that cuts into my baby toe a little. I needed to get a pair of shoestrings a little longer than what comes with the shoe. The tongue is thickly padded, so I had to get accustomed to that.overall, though, I do love the shoe and would recommend it in your regular size.

The shoes felt true to size, or just a tad large. I usually wear women's 6 1/2- 7 and the 6 1/2 felt perfectly. I ordered 2 different styles for comparison these and a men's size 4. The mens size 4 felt just the same size wise. These shoes had 6 eyelets where the other had 7. The laces on these were thicker and the tongue of this shoe was padded which made it more prominent.

I had very high hopes for these Chucks with the extra cushioning on the tongue and around the opening of the shoe. Unfortunately, they were still very uncomfortable. The support on the bottom of the shoe is very minimal. I wore these in my office, on carpet, and the fit felt just ok. I wore these at home, on rugs and hardwood floors. Again, just ok. The look of the shoe is so cute, I wore them another 2 days indoors. The comfort never changed to better then OK. I tried so hard to love these for more than the superficial look. I wore the shoes one day, because they were just so darn cute! Unfortuntely, on pavement, the support on the bottom of the foot bed was just not enough. My feet hurt from just walking a few city blocks. I tried these with thick socks, but then the show was too tight. I tried the shoes with very thin socks, but that did not improve the comfort level to bearable. Unfortunately, when worn on the sidewalk and for only one day, they never felt just right. I'm very upset because now I have a cute pair of shoes that are unwearable because of comfort. I wore them outside, so I cannot return them. I do not recommend these shoes if you want any sort of comfort.

I love the style of all Chucks, but they aren't typically the most comfortable shoes. I feel like they lack any padding or arch support. This style actually has some cushion! LOVE them. Wear them allllll the time. Ordering another pair now!

They are a bit wider/clunkier (for lack of a better term) than traditional converse Chuck Taylors. However, the comfort level of these is beyond worth it. no more bleeding heels or toe blisters. I naturally have medium to wider feet, so these are the perfect way for me to enjoy wearing chucks again without the pain! Also, no break in time necessary.

I love the look of a classic converse Chuck Taylor, but at 55 I need a little more support if I’m on my feet all day. The Converse Chuck Taylor Madison True Faves Ox (that’s a mouth full!), is the perfect alternative. Classically cool with some added support. And let’s be honest, who doesn’t need a little added support.

I buy a half size up and use high arch supports. Super comfortable without looking like I'm wearing orthotics. The Madison is my favorite style, with a padded tongue. The fit is a little different, narrower maybe

After reading reviews to size down, I did by half a size. They were too narrow that way though so I reordered in my normal size and they felt way more comfortable. They are more comfortable than previous converse but they could still work on that memory foam footbed, not sure why they haven’t by now considering they are such a popular brand? Zappos was great though and delivered them super quickly and had a nice little discount at the time.

These Converse are WAY more comfortable than the regular converse! The tongue on these is a bit big (padded) but it makes them even more comfortable.

I’ve lived much of my life in the original, no padding Converse, so I was excited to try a little more cushioning without sacrificing style. While these are a little narrow in the toe, they are very comfy and fun. The padded tongue is a good addition, but it bunches a bit when the shoes are tied. Not enough to interfere with the comfort, though.

I always have to get the Madison in an 8 since it’s their ‘girl shoe’ but I can get the normal chuck/unisex shoe in a 7 so keep that in mind. Love these shoes tho they last forever.

These are so comfortable, I wear them to a football game. And I wear them on Friday’s for work. Love ?? them so much I want 1 in every color. That’s my goal.

I love these! I ordered the mint color and they are super cute. Very comfortable and the tongue of the shoe is extra padded for comfort. I found them to be a tad big; I'm normally a solid size 6 but these definitely had more room in the toe. Not too big to return as the laces are snug and keep my foot in place. Overall great looking shoe and very comfortable.

Super CUTE shoes, however....I've worn Converse for many years and I've never been so frustrated with the sizing as I have been with these shoes. I'm always a size 7, with these I ordered both the size 7 and size 7.5. The 7 was too small, the 7.5 was way too long to where the toe pointed upwards. So sad because they are adorable shoes! What a great idea to add the additional padding, that part I loved! I just wish the sizing was appropriate for me.

These were super cute! I loved the subtle mint color. These are more cushioned than traditional Chucks, which took a bit of getting used to, especially the cushioned tongue.

The way the shoe is put together is odd. If I ordered a larger size, it would be too long but the opening to put in your foot feels small and tight. I measured - it is smaller than my other two pairs of Converse with which I have no issues. The tongue is also thick and padded which sounds comfy but it is uncomfortable. It makes it difficult to wear the shoe with the laces tied.. The height from the sole to the top of shoe is a tighter fit than other Converse and casual gym shoes. However, the shoes are super cute and the sole is well padded for walking. When it comes time to replace this pair I will probably buy the comparable men's shoe. That's usually the best play with this brand as the shoe is put together more like a normal shoe and at a better price. (Apparel manufacturers, we're on to your bizarre sizing at lower quality and higher prices for women's products.)

Wanted to love, but they run narrow and the seam hit at the very wrong spot (bunion). Painful...
