The NB 680v6 is a perfect fit for my husband. He has wide feet that are flat (no arch.) It is always difficult to find a well fitting shoe for him. The NB 680v6 is that shoe. Thanks to Zappos, it is possible to find a shoe that works for my husband. Their no hassle return policy is what makes us come back to buy at Zappos time and time again.

I'm SO glad I threw away my hold NB shoes that had a hole in them - these are a HUGE upgrade. So light, so comfortable and they breathe! A great value as well. I'm not a runner so I don't really need to spend $150 on a pair of running shoes. Outstanding work out shoes. They fit perfect (the 4E is for my bunion). I suppose these are not stylish compared to some ridiculous "look at my expensive sneakers" shoes. Get a life.

As I read many of the other reviews of this shoe it had me thinking "what show are these people really reviewing"? I don't get how people complain about the width. Yes, it's true New Balance (and others) have been slowly making shoes narrower. The 4E width of 2020 is not as wide as the 4E width of 2015. But, surprisingly, after having to return several pervious New Balance products for not being wide enough in recent year, these are actually true to their width. Very lightweight. I can't speak to how they work as an actual running shore since I don't run in them, but for every day wear they are quite comfortable.

First time wearer of this brand, and very pleased with quality and comfort. Was looking for daily shoes to wear to work before changing into my professional oxfords. They look and feel fantastic. I would have liked more color options, but that's is a small detail. I don't believe this brand is about the "wow" factor and more about practical, everyday use - which they are perfect for.

I do not know why NB has to constantly change the specs on certain shoes, I've had 680's in the past but they didn't fit like this new pair fit, same with 1080's, the new 1080's are just not as good as older version.

Great looking, lightweight but 4E too narrow and I do not have a massively wide foot. Wish it were a little wider but had to return them.

Purchased the wide width, 4e. The outsole (bottom rubber) is the correct width but the soles slope inward resulting in the insole being over half an inch narrower than the outsole. As someone who needs the wide width, this makes the show unusable. It is hard to capture in pictures, but I've attached two trying to illustrate the issue.

4E wide fit well on my 6-week post-op foot. I decided to go with a cloth upper shoe because my foot is sore and swollen. The 4E men’s 8 accommodates my orthopedic and my fat foot well. I am weight bearing as tolerated with assistive device. The 4E does not accommodate my orthopedic and ankle support brace... too tight. I may have to purchase another pair at 6E for that. The good thing is the shoe does not look enormous on my foot. And with a thick sock on my other foot when tightened it fits fairly well on my good foot.

The width felt great, but the length was slightly shorter. I wish they came in a 12.5.

I really depend upon New Balance shoes for reliable sizing and 4EEEE width. These shoes failed on both counts. I have been wearing New Balance shoes for 20 years. These shoes are a bit short in length and not 4EEEE WIDE. I am returning these shoes. Shoes are too small and too narrow.

New Balance has changed their sizing again- same shoes purchased last year in same size/width now way too narrow- not a 4 EEEE. Foot hangs over side of shoe.

I found these to have almost no support. My feet were in pain within 90 seconds of wearing the shoes. Also found them to run a bit narrow, but the biggest issue was lack of support. The look is awesome though. Wish they would have been more comfortable.

I had originally ordered this shoe in a size 8-4E. That is the size I have been wearing for years for New Balance. When they arrived I tried them on and immediately felt that they were too short. My toes felt restricted. I contacted Zappos and they were great. They told me how to return them and processed a new order for me at 8.5-4E. The new pair came in very quickly and fit quite satisfactorily. So, bottom line, through no fault of Zappos, my New Balance shoes were not sized correctly, first time I have had that problem with NB shoes. Kudos to Zappos for fixing my problem so well. Their return policy is so generous. They paid for me to return the first pair.

FINALLY, a comfortable pair of shoes! Ordered wide, which is typically not easy to find. The color is bright and happy. The shoes are extremely light weight and exceptionally comfortable

I turn over running shoes every 6 months. I’m 44, walk, run and workout. I’m 5-10, 175. Narrow size 10. These are my first NB. I must admit I bought them based on color- blaze/lead, and they do look great. They also fit great. Nice and snug. Good cushion on the sole. Laces stay tied and tight. At $75 they’re a relative bargain these days.

Love the shoes, great style and perfect fit! Ordered these shoes on Sunday and they arrived on Wednesday, Zappos's has always provided great service.

Size and fit of the 10.5s was just right... just like my last pair, but a different color (hey, if it ain't broke).

NOT ONLY ARE THESE GREAT LOOKING SHOES, BUT THEY FIT GREAT, COULDN'T BE HAPPIER AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM I WEAR A SIZE 12 AND THAT IS WHAT I ORDERED AND THE FIR IS PERFECT

Perfect. This is my second pair. As a female, I can’t always find the extra wide width in women’s shoes, And I don’t think these look like they’re just for men. Thank you.

I can always depend on NB to have great shoes in wide sizes. My foot is a 13 EEEE so finding shoes that fit and are comfortable is always a challenge. These 680v6 shoes in a 13 EEEE are comfortable, light weight, breathe well and are wide enough to keep my feet comfortable. If I could improve one thing it would be for the insole to have more cushion, or better yet, memory foam. Overall super happy with these and will purchase again.

This is my second pair of style 680. bought v5 last year. Fit is great but the main reason I purchased again is due to the dearth of color variety in 4E sneakers. Not just NB, but all athletic brands. Too many blacks & greys. The bright blue is very attractive. Wish there was a bright red. Not crazy about all the flyknit material that is now being used. Guessing it is a cost issue to keep prices at popular levels.
