Accurate fit overall, but I did not feel arch support. The toe of the shoe was slightly misshapen, which contributed to my returning them. Decent, stylish shoe for the price.

The toe box height is shorter than I expected so I was not able to used my orthotics comfortably .

These shoes look great and are very light, but have NO cushion.

Main negative is little or no arch support. My teenager has high arches, and a supportive shoe (that has the young style he's looking for) is kind of hard to find. He loves the looks of Adidas, but again, not much arch support. He liked the looks okay for the New Balance, but again, no arch support. We tried several styles of each, before settling on a pair of Brooks. We also tried Saucony- great for support, but looked kind of "dorky" from a teen's perspective. I wish the shoe maker could come up with a light weight sneaker with style/class AND support.

the inner soles were not glued down is this something new the shoe is comfortable but will be sent back to small

Bought a couple of different New Balance sneakers to try all in the same size and width. This one was almost an inch longer than the other models.

I bought these shoes to play golf in and they worked great for that however the soles are not slip resistant on hard surface floors especially if they are a bit wet or greasy. It is like wearing roller skates.

I bought this exact shoe in blue. They fit great. I took them on vacation and walked all day for 5 days. I liked them so much I bought a second pair in green. Completely different shoe. Felt smaller than the size, and not wide at all. Odd that the same shoe in two different colors should fit so different.

Previous reviews recommended going up in size. I normally wear 9 1/2 and ordered size 10 and they fit nicely. Additionally reviews saying support was minimum were correct as well. I bought an inner sole and the support was better. Thus far walking is fairly comfortable. I like the style of the New Balance 510 v2 better, but I wanted the blue color and that was only available in this style.

Pros: They look nice, they're light weight, they breath wonderfully. Good for around the house or office. Use them for casual wear. Cons: A lot less arch support than I'm used to from Zappos. I don't recommend these for long walks or if you're standing all day. I picked these up because the normal models I like were out of stock in my size. I'm not sorry I got them, but I'll be supplanting them with a better pair of walkers when I see them available in my size.

Really wanted to like these. I like the style but the D width was tight and I already have narrow feet. Definitely not consistent with every other D width shoe I wear. And don't bother sizing up to compensate. The width won't change.

There is no support for your ankle and the sole is flimsy. Love the style and almost kept them just for that but knew I would not wear them because they are uncomfortable for anyone with a need for support or cushion.

Hard to believe this was a New Balance shoe. I started wearing New Balance in the 70's and have worn pretty much nothing but. This Arishi is the worst fitting shoe I've ever owned (for a week). It was too small and too narrow. I always buy 4E and this one wasn't close to the 90+ previous pairs of NBs. The tongue was way too flimsy, kept rolling up at the sides and had no way to secure the top part with the laces. I asked New Balance for the model that replaces the M560LR6 and this was their answer. Not even close to the same shoes.

I have always worn an 11 in New Balance, but these were too small. Not enough cushioning. Returned.

This is the first NB shoe I have tried was a half size too small. All of my past NB shoes of similar style fit perfectly at size 10. This pair was uncomfortably too tight. I believe my big toe would have worn a hole after a 1 mile run. Overall, the construction of this shoe seemed cheap- well, so was the price. Returned for different shoe.

Really different arch from the previous versions of this shoe. My foot didn't like it.

Wish I never ordered these. They are terrible and made my feet hurt when running. I would’ve returned them but i tossed the box because I was traveling and had to fit them in my suitcase.

Junk. Fell apart after couple months. Laces keep coming untied.

Have always ordered New Balance since I wear a 4E. The tag is marked 4E, but might be a D. Nice to look at but that’s about it.

Not nearly enough cushioning for my feet. So disappointed in these!

Terrible shoes. I own at least five pairs of New Balance and these have zero support. About the same as flip flops. I should have sent them back because I never wear them.
