Great shoes. Bad exchange policy. I wanted to exchange these exact shoes for a different color and they do not allow exchanges. You have to return them and then purchase another. That won't work for me because I had a one time discount that I wouldn't be able to Apply on a new purchase. So I'm stuck with a shoe color I don't like. Very disappointing

Cute but run small and very narrow, returned product

I love the look. The arch is supportive. They were too narrow for me and had no heel cup/support which is something I'm realizing I need. They had to go back.

I have worn the reef fanning sandal for over 10 years and absolutely love it! I have very high arches and problems with my feet and this is one of the only flip-flops I can wear with comfort and walk in all day. I decided to try the ortho coast because of its higher arch support. Unfortunately, I had to send it back because it was too narrow. I do not have a wide foot, only wear a size medium with but this sandal is narrower than the Fanning.

I have worn Reef Sandals for the last 18+ years. These hit higher on my foot then my Fannings and Slaps which was uncomfortable and are much more narrow. I LOVED the aqua color, but didn't love the fit and returned them.

I really like the look but they did not fit my foot very well. The arch was very high and did not seem to hit my foot in the correct spot. So, I have sent them back for a refund. I have an old pair of Reef's similar in appearance that I love and was hoping these would be the same fit.

My daughter is 14 and has narrow feet usually. We have tried two sizes and both were too narrow. What a bummer. We needed them very much.

At first I thought I could get used to the extra arch support but after wearing for an hour my feet were killing me. I wish I could send them back.

I was super disappointed with these sandals. The right one had bumps all over it where it had been "popped" out of a mold. Not comfortable at all. I will be returning

Terrible decision to purchase. Too short, too narrow, way too tight on feet. Could not wear without terrible pain on my feet. I would never again purchase a pair of reefs.

Too narrow for my med foot and the arch is very high.

Super narrow and tight compared to my other reef sandals. Not comfortable or cute. Very expensive, really wish I had returned them.
