I like everything about my new Baggallini except the strap. It is slick and does not seem like it will be as durable as the old style of strap. I hope it is because I carried my old Baggallini for many years. I want to have the same longevity with this one.

This bag was almost great, but unfortunately in my experience, most of the pockets are on the front portion and have very little room to expand. Thus, when trying to put stuff inside, the front of the bag becomes stiff. The interior is nice and roomy, disproportionately so compared to the front pockets. Would have preferred pockets to extend into the interior further. If your stuff is mostly flat, this may not be such an issue, but even with items the size of lip balms, my phone, etc, I found it inconvenient. Also, having slide pockets in the interior would have been a great addition. Ended up returning and ordering a Baggallini Uptown Bagg, which remedies these issues while actually being smaller overall.

Looks more stylish on pictures than in real life, also a lot smaller than I thought. Returned.

Loved the bag, but the credit card slots were a little bit too small for my credit cards to fit! It was a real surprise. I found another bag, and the cards fit just fine. Returning the bag was simple and trouble-free.

Curved zipper requires both hands to zip. Card slots inside too small and not enough. No card slots in RFID wristlet. Wide strap slips off my shoulders. Larger than I thought. Configuration doesn't meet my needs. On the plus is that the fabric is nice and quality is good. No big heavy metal. Hence the 2 stars.

The color was not what I expected, it was more dark blue or navy rather than picture shown on website.

The website shows the bag as a medium blue (Pacific blue). What i got was a navy blue. When i called the support line, they said that was the only blue this bag comes in. Either the pictures on the web are horrible or the vender is color blind!
