The fit and size was perfect for holding my large iPhone 12, some money, and loads of credit cards. It also has a little loop for carrying a pen. However, there was no room for anything else such as lip gloss or reading glasses. I did manage to squeeze a small sample size lip gloss in change pocket. I will be using this when I am out and about and do not want to carry a purse. It is small enough to use as a wallet and drop into your purse if you wanted that as an option.

The features are great I can fit everything, I really need, in it. The one change I would make is the position of the zipper. It would be much easier to use if it operated in the opposite direction. Usage is just a little bit, awkward.

I like this wallet - nice, light and easy to carry when I don't want to lug my whole purse around. I only did 4 stars simple because the pockets for the bills are tight and hard to get into. Possibly leaving the top unstitched on one side would accomplish that, but it will be fine.

I really wanted a small bag to replace an older baggalini model that is no longer available. This phone wallet crossbody bag is great in terms of efficiency: it carries cards and phone and has a very skinny pocket for cash -- but I've shoved my lip balm and car/home keys into the center space too. I wish they had their own space!

I really expected this to be more than a wallet on a strap. As a wallet, compartments are a little too snug for easy-enough access (I shouldn't have to fight to remove things) so it really wasn't any better than any other wallet. Phone access is going to vary depending on phone model. I found that by midway through the day I had moved my phone back to a clothing pocket because if my iPhone 12 was at a slightly off angle as I tried to remove it it became almost irretrievably stuck. I was most disappointed that I didn't have that tiny bit of extra room for anything beyond what I typically put in a regular wallet - car key, a tissue, chapstick - which I kind of expected since it was on a strap. If you try to tuck these items in the center to "make do" the way the wallet is accessed allows everything to fall out.

The phone and credit card features are very functional. However, the side zip feature is useless. I can't access it for loose change or dollar bills. Too tight. And I discovered no place for my car keys. I wanted to replace a purse with this but find that I may have to go back to a purse or find a more functional and accessible wallet.

The wallet needs to be about 1" wider. A cell is difficult to retrieve from the cell pocket. After a couple months, the edges began wearing out (have home office so use it about 3-4 times a week). The side zipper could be wider for change (can't get fingers in to get anything out, have to turn the wallet upside down and shake ). The concept is good but requires modification that could make it a great wallet. Would also like to see better colors. Tiring of dark and ominous. Thank you Zappos for replacing it quickly.

I have had this wallet for less than a month and the side seam by the zipper coin pocket has already started to rip out. While I love the size and convenience of this wallet, you clearly cannot use all the credit card slots and get any coins in the outer pocket. It's just too tight of a fit. There is not enough flexibility to this wallet, so you would have to use it as a "pared down" wallet.

Love the phone case on outside but I don't really care for the fact that it openers all the way up and anything put inside may fall out when you unzip.

I like the size and that it can be worn cross body or at the waist. I do not like having to flip it to open it. The cards and money compartment are so tight that it is very hard to get cards or money in and out. I wished the pocket in the back was bigger so that it could hold my passport as I go through the airport. it would be nice to have a pocket for keys

I purchased this wallet about a year ago. I loved what I saw and I thought it would be perfect for me. I love all the slots for credit cards, the places to put cash and the zipper for security is great. I love that it held my iPhone 8 where it was easily accessible. Now that I have had it for so long I do not like the coin purse because you CANT OPEN IT up to get your coins out!!!! Did the company really check it out before they manufactured this wallet! The fabric on this wallet gets stained easily and if they would make this in leather and change a few of these issues, I would buy another one. Plus please add an off white and some other fun leather colors. And change the strap to leather also. I hope they will address these issues because it could be a great product for those of us who want to grab and go and have everything in one wallet. Another great thing about this wallet is that the strap can come off and I can throw it in my purse!

Card slots are very tight and never loosen up. Flipping it over isn't great. Should have been able to just open the bag from the top. Coin pocket impossible to get a finger into and the zipper works its way open spilling coins on the floor. Again would have been better if everything opened from the top. Still like the minimalism of it and the quality is great

I really liked this but a couple things diminish my enthusiasm. The phone pouch snap is magnetic so it doesn't stay closed and my phone has slipped out a couple times so I'm looking for a new phone wallet combo. Also the phone only fits in one way easily. I have iPhone 8+. I do love baggallini, but a great phone and wallet combo solution is much needed.

I want to use it when I travel. it could be improved if the hooks for the straps are on what is now the bottom side. that would allow opening of the bag without having to turn it, specially if used in the waist rather than cross body. it would also be nice if instead of the zipper in the back, it did not have a zipper but the opening went all the way to the top so one could easily put and take out a passport.

I love Baggalini, but they got this one wrong. The cell phone barely fits and it takes two hands and a good bit of struggling to get it out. The compartment with card slots dangles awkwardly when opened. This prevents using this space for loose change or car&house keys or whatever else.

I love the color and the overall size of this crossbody but it's quite stiff and the side pocket is useless. It's so small nothing really fits in it. I'll be returning it.

Zippers slide open on their own and the coins fallout. Too tight fit for Bill's and coins. Okay for credit cards.

Thought this was going to be a piece I loved but I don't. Don't like that I have to flip it over to zip it open (and then my keys and the lip balm I've tried to sneak along fall out every time). Doesn't zip open quite far enough to make the back layer of inside pockets easily accessible. Outside pocket needs a small gusset so that it's accessible (coins go in, have to be shaken out. Not ample enough to accommodate my key fob). I thought everything would loosen up with use but it hasn't. Nowhere to put anything beyond money and phone - like a lip balm. I don't want much extra room but need a little extra. Adding anything to the wallet has just tightened everything up more. For the money I expected all of the issues I'm having to have been addressed and dealt with by the company already. I should have chosen better. It's just annoying now and I'll try and sell it somehow.

When you unzip this to gain access to your cards, it has to be upside down. This shortens the length of the strap around your neck and makes it very difficult to dig out the right card. In addition, Baggallini has quit putting the small pleat in their zippered pockets, particularly their coin pockets, and it makes it VERY difficult to dig anything out of them. PLEASE PUT BACK THE SMALL PLEATS!!! Make it easier for us to use. And put the strap attachment on the other side so that this opens right-side-up!
