This is a lovely vertical striped blouse, it fits well and is true to size. Very nice stretch material, so the give is nice. The tag says 'non iron", but needs just a little touch up with an iron after washing.

This is such a great button-down shirt. It looks classy. The material quality is superb and it stays wrinkle free. Perfect to wear to the office and can be dressed down by pairing with jeans. I highly recommend this shirt to any fashionista:)

I love this shirt! It's perfect for work! It looks great buttoned up and also works with a nice cami/open. The fabric is really soft and stretchy. I don't always care for button up because I feel like it can be uncomfortable in the chest area. This style doesn't hug you/do that! It's perfect!

This fits beautifully and washes well. It truly does not need ironing if you take it out of the dryer and flatten it out withing a reasonale amount of time. The stripes are faint and look super professional.

This shirt fits my classic style with its shape and black/red pin-stripe fabric. The fabric has a bit of a give to it so makes it very comfortable especially through the shoulders when moving the arms. This shirt can be worn with pants or skirt which is a great addition to my wardrobe.

Pros: Material is thick and very good quality. will hold up good in washer/dryer. Colors dont run. Great fit too. True to size.
Cons: None.
Loves the shirt. It is the correct length for pants with no-tuck needed and for skirts with tucking.

Got this for my daughter-in-law for a job interview. Looked very professional and classy! It didn't wrinkle or look worn as the day went by! She loved it and it looked great on her. A nice tailored fit!

This is my go-to work shirt when I'm traveling. It always looks freshly pressed which is a necessity after a long car or plane ride. I love the red and blue stripe too because it goes with my black and navy work pants.the fabric is thicker and has stretch.

This is a great shirt. Crisp and clean, and after washing once, I can say it really is iron-free. Though note, I take my shirts out of the dryer and hang them in the bathroom for a couple of days to "steam" them. The stripes on the shirt look clean and professional. The colors go with a variety of pants and jackets.
The shirt is semi-fitted (at least on me). I am between M and L, and opted for the M due to availability. The fabric "gives" so I am not worried about ripping it if I move my arms (I have broad shoulders). So if you have a small chest, you are probably okay with going down a size, otherwise you may end up with gaps between the buttons at your chest (especially when move your arms) and hence would recommend going up if between two sizes. For me, I will either exchange it or wear it underneath a sweater or buttoned jacket.
I am tall, so I struggle with shirts being too short. For reference, I am 5' 10" with most of the height in my torso (33" pant inseam). This shirt barely makes it to my belly button, so I will need to wear it with high wasted pants. I am not sure how much length going to an L will give me, as the product inf online focuses on bust/hip/waste measurements (why do they always assume that we are all the same height??).
I do recommend this shirt, just make sure you have the right size!

I'm a busy mom who attempts to look put together, and while I like to iron, I just don't have time for that. I put this shirt through the wringer and threw it in a mixed laundry load of tshirts and jeans, then forgot it in the dryer over night. When I finally remembered the laundry the next morning, I hung the shirt up, and it looks perfectly fine! Really, no iron! I love the fit, too. It's tailored and fits well at the shoulders, but skims the midsection and hips, so it's slimming. The hem length is long enough to tuck in or to be modestly untucked, too. The sleeves are an odd length on me because I have short arms; the cuffs are wide enough that it should be a 3/4 sleeve, but it hits me right at the wrist. I roll the cuff up and it looks cute! Great shirt for a put together, fast paced life.

This Ralph Lauren No Iron shirt for women really is No-Iron. The fit was perfect and looked like it was custom make for me. My husband even commented on how good it looked on me and wanted me to wear it out to dinner.

It only been worn once. I washed it and failed to hang it up before putting it on. Because I slack sometimes when it comes to folding, Not having to iron it is the best thing about. Its a nice good quality shirt.

First of all I love that it is no iron! Saves me time. Just grab and go. This look is timeless. It can be worn year round. Button it up and wear with a skirt or dress pants for a dressier look. Wear unbuttoned with a cami and jeans or shorts for a more casual look. I love that it has a stretch to it when I move so I don't feel so constricted.

I love the fabric and feel of this button down. It really does not require ironing if laundered correctly. The colors in the picture doesn't do the stripes justice as they are a bit bigger then imaged but still a wonderful slimming pattern.

I got this no-iron button down shirt as part of a review. The fabric is great. The right amount of stetch and structure. I love wearing it buttoned up under a jean jacket, alone unbuttoned with a tank underneath, or just buttoned. It's very versatile. Has almost a preppy vibe to it. Love it!

This no iron shirt is really great. I need to look polished and put together but I loathe having to get out the big squeaky ironing board. Quality material that I'm sure will last. Looks good with dress pants and heels and jeans.

this blouse is great - its unfortunate i purchased a M instead of an L - so i would advise sizing up in this shirt. it was through the bust line that was tight - not the shoulders - i am a 34b - it was just a smidge too tight. although it didn't fit me i don't that takes away of the tailoring of the shirt. i liked the 3/4 length sleeves -the burst of color on the white make a clean yet colorful look at the same time. i liked the tailoring of this shirt and would nice with a cute pair of jeans or dress pants.

I ordered this online and I was able to take it out of the package and after cutting off the many tags was able to wear it. I wear a large and it fit fairly well. I think the sleeves could have been a wee bit longer and the shirt itself could have been a little longer.
I like the fact I can just wash and wear.

Been looking for new work shirts and ones that I didn't have to iron. Found this shirt and it fit my needs. It is a soft fabric with a nice line print. I love that when the shirt was washed I was able to pull it out of the dryer and put right now. My only issue is the buttons are oddly placed and if you have a bigger chest you need to wear a tank top so you're not flashing.

This product is not at all what the picture looked like as it is a stiff, boxy cut shirt. Definitely not attractive as it is constructed out of an heavier fabric creating an uncomfortable feel and does not lay nicely on body when wearing it.

Although the style works well, this blouse has uncomfortable material that just doesn't work.
