I wear 6 1/2 in street shoes. I sized up to 7 1/2 in this shoe but I knew about the sizing issue before I placed order. Best athletic shoes for knee pain.

I usually wear a 5.5 but the smallest size they had was a 6 so I tried it and it fit great. They are comfortable and would be great for long distances. Not so great for lateral jumping exercises because of the way the bottoms is designed. This is the most expensive running shoe I’ve ever purchased, but I think they’d perform well if I was a distance runner rather than a HIIT workout junky. If you have the cash, these are definitely worth a try.

the shoe wasn't very durable. My big toe actually went though the shoe, leaving a big hole. Everything else was great about the shoe. But if you're paying $200.00 for shoes they should last more than a year

There’s a defect on the right foot shoe, the width across the left front dorsal part of the right shoe is not proportional to the size. That is, is too small across that area. The left foot shoe thought, did fit proportionate to size.

Beautiful shoe! Very well made, but arch felt flat. Described as having 12mm differential, but didn't look nor feel that way. Hate to return these exceptional shoes!

This is similar to the Prophecy 7, which was a fantastic shoe, but the changes made for 8 considerably cheapened the shoe and the usefulness of it for my foot. It is wide across the toe but somehow still manages to rub the side of my foot. The sizing does not seem to be consistent, because the orthotic I use would not fit this shoe, but fit OK in same size shoe (just different color). This is still a superior shoe but did not work for me.
