Ordered 8 different brand and types of shoes for my husband for running. He needs arch support and these were by far the best, we even went back for another pair to have on hand. Love the new try it for 30 days policy.

Running 30-40 miles a week in Wave Inspire and am on my second pair. Have tried many brands and types of running shoes and the Inspire provides the stability I need for my shoes to wear evenly so that I can run 400 miles over the life of a pair. Shoes provide enough cushion so that at 50 plus I can run the distances I while minimizing injuries. I highly recommend the shoe my only issue is I have a narrow foot and by the time I get the length correct the width is a bit loose. Need a 12b.

I have narrow feet, and I over pronate pretty hard. These have been a god send. They aren't super heavy like many 'stability' shoes, and they're also fairly technical. I've raced in them and plan to do so again. The only downside is, it took my feet a few runs (3-5) to get used to the back of the shoe as it's nearly a mid.

I should have purchased these from the get go when I started running in 2014. Was running in a neutral shoe when I should not have been but boy was I making it work. Only thing is that caught up with me after several years. Mizuno 4 life for me now.

My second pair of Mizuno running shoes. Impressed with the build quality of the shoe and comfort. Great for running or just walking around.

Great shoe! I love it! Perfect fit after many tries with other brands like NIKE and New Balance. Mizuno is my top pick now!

I wear a 13. Thought about a 13.5 but didn't come in 1/2 widths. I understand that after a size 12 it goes by full widths. I did not know that. I ordered the 13 and definetly did not fit. Toe was at the tip. So customer service sent a 14 and it fit excellent. Ordered a wide and that also was perfect

Mizuno always produces quality shoes that you can expect to get hundreds of miles out of.

I went on a few 2-4 mile runs in the shoes and they felt great. I tend to pound down harder than the average runner, so I like that this shoe has a good amount of cushioning, but still feels responsive.
They look great too, but not too flashy or trendy, so you could wear these with any athletic outfit. Not all shoes look good in sweat/long workout pants, but in my opinion they do (I would say have a pretty good fashion sense).

I never really run in stability shoes, but this one didn't have that overly rigid feel of similar shoes. The fit was amazing - not to wide, snug in heal and the upper fabric as awesome. These felt great from first run and onward. Even ran a 13.1 after first two weeks and felt great. Nice job Mizuno!

The Mizuno Wave Inspire 15 looks to be a GREAT shoe for me. Ran eight this morning in the pair new out of the box. We can sort of ignore the first 2.5 miles as they simply weren't laced up snug enough. In the first couple miles the shoes felt a bit clunky, stiff, and ultimately a bit loose. But as soon as my loop route went by our house I sat down and snugged up both shoes. Am very particular to never tie a pair too tight. But these were new and just loosened up.
Resuming the run felt like I'd put on different pair of shoes. The angles sang and I soon slipped into tempo/negative splits. I have always found the 14's a bit cumbersome at an easy pace. Their sweet spot for me has always been when at tempo or race pace. The 15's were no different. Now my pair of 14's have 400 plus miles on them so it's not a totally fair comparison but the 15's (after re-tying) felt every bit as good as my 14's with a little extra pep. Ride very responsive, great midfoot wrap by the new upper, and wonderful sized toe-box.
It doesn't feel or look like any part of the sole or wave plate changed a bit. I love how for such a relatively thick midsole this shoe is responsive. I guess that thickness of midsole is what's required to house that particular wave plate. And it's the support of the Inspire which is bullet proof for me. There aren't enough miles in a day or week in these shoes that can hurt my feet or ankles. I'm only limited by my own guts. That's why the Inspire is the cornerstone of my rotation. So I guess the upper was the only change. Like I said, great snug foot wrap with spacious toe box and comfortable heel.
So that was the first run. This pair of 15's is now in rotation with three pairs of Elixir 8's and of course my Inspire 14's. Thanks again to Big Peach Running Co. (Suwanee) for having these for me a day ahead of advertised release.

This is my second pair of Wave Inspire 15s. They work well for my step as described. The issue I had with my first pair was that the fabric started to tear laterally on the front mesh and I do not remember rubbing it against anything that would have caused it to happen so give it to material failure. Sewed it and it worked fine for the rest of the season.

I've worn Asic's for running and walking for 40 years but have had trouble getting proper fit lately using custom orthotics. The reviews on the Wave Inspire 15 were promising so I thought I'd try them. The fit is perfect and they are a very nice looking shoe but the level of cushioning is much less than the Asic's I'd been wearing. I have degenerative disc disease and no medial cartilage in one knee so cushioning is very important. I've done two 4+ mile walks with the Wave Inspire's and experienced lower back and hamstring tightness even with the orthotics. Because they fit so well I'm going to keep walking in them for another few weeks and see if I can adjust as they do qualify for the 30 day return. They are perfect in every way except for the level of cushioning.

I have been using the Wave Inspire since the Wave Inspire 6 with minimal issues. I actually have two to three pairs at anyone time which I rotate. I find this shoe provides slight stability which helps with my slight pronation and relatively flat arches. I typically buy from my local running store, but since Mizuno is clearing out the Wave Inspire 15 I was able to save about $30 online. The only issue was limited color choices and limited availability in my size. Will need to see what changes are coming in the Wave Inspire 16.
