These are gorgeous shoes but they are NOT red or gray. The “ribbon red” color is more of a dark hot pink, and the “feather” color (which looks gray in the photo) is actually a pale lilac. Will be sending both pairs back since I have no need for either of those colors in my wardrobe.

These shoes might fit someone else perfectly, but evidently, I have fat toes! I had expected Uggs to have more room in the toe box, since I love my Ugg boots and since these are not pointy-toed. Well made, pretty and versatile loafer-moccasin type of shoe. Color would look nice with denim. I had even ordered it in 8 and in 8Wide, but that doesn't affect the toe box, I guess.

So so sad that all the reviews are true. These shoes are super cute, comfortable but omg are they narrow. And I ordered up and have naturally narrow-to-normal width feet (I have never had a pair of shoes be too narrow). I was hoping I’d be okay, but it was not going to happen and back they went.

I ordered the recommended size based on another brand that fits me well, 6B. However, I should have paid more attention to some of the reviews claiming the shoe was too narrow. The material was not as soft as I expected either. I sent them back.

These shoes look very nice and I love the Terracotta color but they are painfully narrow even though labeled medium. I bought the UGG Milana last year, which are almost identical to the Flores, and they fit perfectly - very comfortable right out of the box.

Too small & narrow for my foot. I usually wear a size 8, or 8-1/2 in a leather moccasin to be worn without a sock. After reading reviews of this shoe, I ordered a size 9. Still a little too short, and definitely too narrow for my foot. Would order a wide if available, but it is not. I have a pair of 8-1/2 Ugg in Milana that fit fine, the new model (Flores) should be similar - but apparently not for me.

Size is a big strange--5.5 too big, 5 a bit snug

True to size in that I wore my regular size but the toe box is small all around- 1/2 size up was too big. Fairly comfortable, but not supportive. A good enough shoe.

Most probably will have to return it, its SOO NARROW ! Its perfect color!!! <3 Leather is so soft, arch support ! But toe box is soo tight and the fiber its stitched with bites my ball of right foot and my pinkies are hurt too. SO SAD, so good but so defected :( Its says Medium wide but they are Narrow,it does NOT come in Wide (seriously ?! ) I ordered .5 bigger and the sides of the shoe were hitting and hurting the outer ankle balls so bad/ too high from the sides. The toe box felt better but was still hurtful with half size up, but still narrow. I so wish I could keep this !

Returned this item despite my love for Uggs. Truly was WAY too tight across foot. The length/ size was perfectly accurate but there is no way that this shoe would stretch enough to be comfortable.

Very tight in the toes. Feels a half size too short. Very cute and has good cushion and better than average bottom of foot support, just surprisingly narrow in the toes.
