Needed something better than the average Van for Plantar fasciitis I developed after a long summer of flip flops. So before I looked to NB or something, I though maybe Vans make something beefier? After a kick google search I found these. Wow, these are comfortable and offer excellent arch & heel support. They feel like my NB runners (that are fluorescent green & I refuse to wear with pants on). So if you needed a better shoe for foot problems with style, you need these!

Really tried to like these. But they have a few fatal flaws. First things that stands out is that the upper -the leather portion- doesn't conform to the shoe well. It folds out in a weird way across the mid-foot. Also the general fit is pretty sloppy. But the killer is just the general quality doesn't land anywhere near the $100+ price point. Perhaps the positive reviews are from longtime Vans customers who are used to a rather (sorry to say it...) dated and clumsy shoe feel. Feels like a money grab from Vans and not a well-executed and contemporary offering from a legacy brand. Poor effort Vans.

Heck yes. I’m a long time vans fan and I gotta say this is the most comfortable shoe I’ve worn in my entire life. Like more comfortable than running shoes. They are incredibly light, insanely easy to put on, and very soft on your feet. Like these are the only shoes I can stand in-line all day at Disneyland and not have my feet aching.

Very comfortable on long walks! however, there is soft, exposed foam on the bottom heel that is already starting to wear at a fast rate. that is my reason for the lower 3 star rating. i’m afraid they won’t last...

They are a little narrow for me at first because I think I'm part neanderthal but after they get broken in they are amazing! Like walking on marshmallows =)

This is the best fitting 10.5 women's shoe I've purchased from Vans! Usually, Vans are a hare to short and my big toe rubs. If I get the 11 women's then it is huge. This style is perfect. Someone complained about the tongue being attached. I think it wears comfortably and looks stylish. I wish there were more colors. Finally!!!

Love these shoes. I use them for everything (Crossfit, running, everyday) and they are comfortable and supportive. They did fit a little bit narrow but after a couple of weeks of breaking them in they fit much better. They are good looking shoes and I've gotten many comments. I highly recommend them. I'm getting a second pair so I have two pairs. I hope Zappos has a sale on them soon (come on Zappos).

OMGGG!!!!! Love these shoes!! So happy I bought these!! I went to true to size. Sometimes I have to size up in shoes because I do have a pretty wide foot but these are so comfortable! I typically wear nike sneakers and these blow Nike out of the water on comfort!! Super cute also!! These will be my new go to for everyday wear!!

Really cozy and cushy; I was worried they wouldn't have enough cushioning but no worries. I love the way they feel and look. Don't have any complaints or issues, so that's it.

Overall, I like the shoes mainly due to their style and look (I bought the Federal Blue/Blues pair). It isn't the most comfortable I've ever worn, but not the most uncomfortable either. The length seems about right. However, I have a slightly wider foot and these shoes definitely run narrow even ordering a half size larger. They stretch out after wearing them for an hour or so, but snap back to original form before you wear again. Support is okay, not the greatest--very little to no instep support. Insoles are okay comfortable, but I believe these shoes would be three times more so if Vans would use memory foam! While I'll wear these fairly often, I'm not sure I'd purchase another pair (especially at the $95 price range).

I anticipated that this should would be sized a bit small so ordered a half size up from my normal size. The length is fine but the shoe does feel too narrow across the toes, as comfortable as the shoe is otherwise, I can’t wear these for too long without feeling pressure on my pinky toe.. so, if your feet are wider then average heads up.

These have held up amazingly well after a year of abuse. Would purchase again.

Awesome shoes, super comfy.

These shoes turned out to be great! Just after getting them I took a 4 day trip to New York and wore them everywhere. The only problem I had was that they were a bit narrow for my foot so they tended to squeeze my toes together. As of this review I've had them for almost 2 years. I am a scenic fabricator so I am extremely hard on my shoes and these held up remarkably well. The tread on the bottom still looks like new, the laces are intact, none of the stitching has failed, and even the crease area above where your toes bend (that almost always fails in my shoes because I squat a lot for work) is still in good shape . The only issues after extensive use is where my outside toe eventually wore through the mesh material because, per my review, my feet are a bit wide for this shoe, and one area where the leather is just glued to the mesh has come loose, but these have only became really apparent in the last few months. The only other shoes I've had that lasted this long for me are my redwing boots, so I'm impressed!

A little pricey, but you’ll definitely notice the difference. Feels amazing walking around compared to the average Vans. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a higher quality Vans shoe.

Husband loved these new style Vans, fit true to size; they’re stylish yet low key. Very comfortable!

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn, but don’t be fooled... they aren’t house slippers but they slide on like your favorite pair right out of the box... you could literally run a marathon in these and feel like you’re running on fluffy clouds the whole way. If I could buy 57 pairs of these I would never wear another shoe in my life. I feel like my wet dream made a shoe and this is what I woke up to. Magical.
