For the most part, I think this is a good bag and it's made international travel more bearable but I have some complaints. At least on the Tumi website, one of the side pockets is insinuated to be a water bottle pocket. The problem is that this pocket is poorly designed. Really both side pockets are poorly designed because when the bag is full, they are hard to access. But using the water bottle pocket is especially awkward and my 17 oz swell water bottle kept popping out of it. I think if I had the smaller Swell or a plastic bottle it would have been better but... then why have a water bottle pocket if you use a dispoble plastic bottle? I also think the smaller Swell is not really adequate for my hydration needs. Less importantly, when I put my tablet into the outer pocket or I put much into it at all, the bag looks strange because you can see the outline of many things in it. When I used this with many layovers, it felt really heavy so I bought a small wheeled cart on Amazon so it is liked a wheeled duffle, although this has really nothing to do with the bag, just a suggestion I wish I thought of before my trip. It fits perfectly under the seat and I like all the organization it offers. Just bitter about the crappy water bottle pocket. Another thing is that when full this like a small duffle but when empty it's kind of like a modern briefcase so that's probably a really good feature for business travelers. Overall I'm happy I own it but I do have some bag envy of some of the newer models.
