Love these shoes! Docs run about a size big. It’s important to get the correct size or they will really hurt. These fit perfect and are extremely comfortable. I wish they had a zipper on the side

I owned a pair of these years ago in the 1990’s and I loved them. These are the exact same! Super comfortable, though heavy if you’re not used to wearing Doc’s. Wonderful quality and I love they included “fancy” laces and normal ones. I’m sure these will keep for years to come. Quality investment!

I bought the rainbow pair and they are the best! I love the platform height and the overall look of the boot. Depending on the shoe, I wear an 8 or 8.5 but with Docs its hard to find the size that fits me best (I still wish they did half sizes!). I ordered a UK 6/US 8 and it fits me big but I'd rather wear a bigger shoe than a smaller one! They do feel a bit clunky but I've also sized down to a UK 5/US 7 in different pairs of Docs and they end up being too tight for me to wear comfortably. If you are confidently a size 8 (or a bit smaller), I'd recommend buying a size UK5!

They fit true to size. They are heavy, though, so my girlfriends legs hurt after the first time she wore them.

Usually I wear anywhere between a 7 to an 8 depending on the shoe but there aren’t half sizes. I ordered an 8 in a different doc marten shoe and it was too big and ended up ordering a 7 in this shoe and it’s perfect. I’m obsessed!

Size felt a little big compared to my other docs but not too much that i had to size down, comfort is not great but ive only worn them 2 times, overall i Completly love them

I purchased these and the Sinclair Platform. While I loved the style of this boot it just felt too heavy/clunky for me. My foot seemed to move around more within this boot than the Sinclair (which I kept) and I tried on both with the same pair of socks. For reference I am normally an 8.5 in shoes and 9 in boots.

Reviews said it ran large, but I ordered my normal size and it felt too small and narrow.

sturdy and heavy

I am normally an 8.5 in shoes, I ordered the 8 and they fit almost perfectly. They do run a little large, if they had a 7.5 they would have been perfect. But with thick socks it’s not an issue. I haven’t worn them out of the house yet, but just from trying them on they seem comfortable.

I wanted to love these so badly but they look very... patent leather :/ I'm returning in favor of the Steve Madden Bettyy

I ordered these because I liked the sole and the unique look of the laces, but failed to anticipate how BIG they are. I am a solid size nine and went for a nine in these and it was a mistake. My feet slide around when I walk in a way that big socks or inserts won’t fix and they look ridiculously large. Not the fault of the boots but beware of the possible need to size down.

Liked them, but returning them. Just for context I'm usually a 7.5 W or 8 M in other shoes (US women's). In regular docs I'm usually a 7 US. That being said I got these in a 7 US. Way too big. I knew I needed a smaller size because my heel was moving a lot when I was walking and especially walking up and down the stairs. Felt like I was taking them off slightly with each step. I bought the Jadon Hi in a 6 US to replace them which I'm assuming is similar sizing. It's got the same black rainbow patent material and everything, just a higher shaft and it has a zipper. I think its a good match. With these, size down. You might need to size down even from your regular docs size (which is usually smaller sizing than your regular shoe size). My Jadons hurt a little in the width area but I think breaking them in is what I gotta do to not trip in a huge shoe. Overall pretty sick; wish sizing was more consistent but that's every brand.

Loved these boots. Felt a little bigger than nótanos but I just put on a fat sock. They look good

The quality of the shoe was the issue. There was too much material in the seam that was pressing into the top of my foot. It became painful to wear.

These run SO big. I usually wear a women's 11 or 12 and ordered an 11 in these. I was swimming in these in both length and width. I wore three pairs of socks and I still felt like a I had Frankenstein boots on. I ordered them in a size smaller and my big toes touched the end. Unfortunately I don't thing my feet are made for docs. I need a half size in them desperately. I am so sad!!!!

These are “women” sized smaller than your regular Dr Marten size. love the look, not crazy about the fit.

Like so much and being a 6.5W, the 7 fitted perfect on me. But had to return because they aren’t lined and inside seams hurt my feet. No matter using long crew socks.

I ordered a size 8, but was sent a pair of size 9 boots in a size 8 box. There was no where to indicate this, so picked wrong item sent to me. I like the boots , but trying on the size 9 which is too big, they feel so heavy that even in my correct size I still think they would feel too heavy.

I ordered a size 8, but received pair of size 9 boots in a size 8 box. I like the way they look, but obviously the boots were too large. I tried them on anyway, & they feel extremely heavy, so that even in my correct size 8 if they fit, this particular style would still feel too heavy to me.

OMG! How do people wear doc Martin's? I've tried on so many different pairs and Absolutely none of them have been comfortable. I understand there's a break in period, but my gosh I don't think they would ever get comfortable enough if I wore them for 10 years due to the fact that they're so unbelievably uncomfortable right now as new. Cute, but essentially they are torture devices. I usually wear a 9 1/2 and ordered a 9 based in reviews, the size fit fine. I just didn't want to pay 180 bucks for torture

Awful, cheap materials plus the toe bed of INSOLE missing on both shoes, stops and then goes to a sort of plywood/cardboard material!?? I have many pairs of Doc Marten shoes and boots; have also returned (mostly those ordered on Zappos) many pairs that arrive with clearly inferior leather or faux leather and with weird assembly or design. It's like, with Doc Martens, you either get pairs from their "Legit" factory/production, or you get the D-Team-made pairs. *This is the first time any of their shoes have arrived with missing insoles; so annoying to have to deal with the whole return, boxing up, labeling, dropping off (or pickup; haven't gotten that far) after receiving substandard boots. (I have another pair of boots with this same design, so I know they fit and are fantastic -- when the leather is quality and the construction is, as well.)
