This is a gorgeous bag! The leather is dreamy and soft, but not slouchy. The bag can stand on its own without turning into a puddle, which is nice. I’ve never been disappointed in any Tumi product. The quality is exceptional. This bag ‘Troy’ is a newer updated version of the ‘Luanda’, with maybe an inch or 2 larger (not much). Mine actually measures a tad smaller than the description here on Zappos. If you carry the bare essentials, you’ll love this bag. It’s a bit expensive (in my opinion, especially because of the size) but the quality is so good, and it will probably last forever. This is definitely a bag that you don’t have to ‘baby’. All that said, ? I’m returning it.... and will probably cry all the way to the USP store, but it just doesn’t work for me. If Tumi would make this bag a few inches wider and deeper it would ?? perfection. I debated keeping it anyway, but I just don’t have anything else that I can cut out of my bare necessities. ?

Love this bag! Smaller than my last one but really perfect for over shoulder or cross body bag. Holds much for such a small bag and extremely easy to organize

I have been searching for a cross body for travel. I really like this allot. 1. long strap fits over winter coat 2. back slip pocket for cell phone 3. smaller outer pocket with zipper - good for lip gloss, small amount of cash, hotel key 4. larger compartment with zipper - holds small wallet, reading glasses (because I'm not kid anymore), tissues, small hair brush, pen etc. 5. it is the right size to fit inside a larger tote bag when boarding plane. Mine is red nylon material which I think will be good for travel.

Very well built, this is my second Voyageur crossbody. You can't beat the price on Zappos.

Cute organizational bag. Lots of storage spots. A little small for what I was looking for.

This bag is actually really cute and doesn't scream "traveler!" as much as some other Tumi bags. It is a lot smaller than I imagined though. The two zipper pockets themselves actually have a decent amount of volume, but by the time I tried to put my wallet, passport holder, glasses case, rechargeable phone battery, and a few chapsticks inside, I was maxed out on space. If you don't need to carry much stuff when traveling, this is a great bag because it has a good amount of pockets and also a nice key strap inside that you can attach your wallet to for added security. But if you're looking for something that could hold more items for a long day out when traveling, this may not be it.

I love the style of the Troy. I have it in the mink nylon and it is a good size with good organization. I returned this one. I ordered the Sunset, hoping that it would be a brick shade, but it is definitely RED!! A pretty red, but not what I had hoped for.

the shoulder strap is thin and any weight in bag makes it uncomfortable even for a few minutes --- poorly designed strap
