Really nice backpack!! The leather is super soft but durable. I purchased 3 other style backpacks from zappos, and they were either very cheaply made but expensive, the zippers would cut my hands, etc. They just weren't right and not worth keeping for the money I paid. While chit chatting with a zappos agent, I was assured that we it was no problem of me returning multiple bags and repurchasing b/c they understood and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. They even recommended why not try a different brand, after taking a few days to research and I did just that and went with this brand. You will not be disappointed. It does fit a tablet, very small laptop, or kindle, but its more of a everyday backpack to carry opposed to a purse versus one that you would primarily use for carrying your laptop back and forth to the office in my opinion. A very small laptop will fit in the bag though if its about 12 inches or under. I hope this review helps justify someone on the fence of buying b/c of the price. It really is worth it.
