The convertible feature is great. Material is excellent. Very difficult to unzip as there is no countertraction tab. The interior large pocket gets pushed open when things are placed inside. Suggest to put the zip pocket lower and the open pocket higher. A quick access external pocket on the lower left side would be helpful.

Love everything about this bag! It's expensive for a nylon bag, but it gets an A+ for style and functionality, so it's worth every penny. I can fit my 13" MacBook Pro and my work laptop if I need both computers, and I can commute in style as this is not a conventional, bulky backpack. This is lightweight, durable, and can be worn as a crossbody, backpack, or held in hand by the handles. It can also be easily folded and packed away when not in use. The black is especially classy and goes with any outfit. The only reason I am taking one star away is because there's no built-in padding for the laptop. It would have been nice, but it's not a big problem since I have my own computer sleeve that I insert my MacBook into, so it's okay. Love the bag.
