These are so comfy! Very similar to the Dansko Season. Great squishy leather interior... unlike the Dansko Sam which is harder and synthetic fabric. Buckle front and velcro straps for the ankle (both of them). I wear 7.5-8 and the 38 fit pretty well. My wide toes were spilling over the sides a bit but manageable. The 39s also fit and were a bit more comfy, but had so much area in the front that it was awkward. I ordered the 'tan burnished calf' and it is sooo.... nude. Great if you are looking for that sort of thing, but wow, real old lady even for someone who is well over 35 and willing to accept the Dansko lifestyle. I had to return both the 38s and the 38s because I have a bunion and surgery is my next step, but I'll keep a watch on sandals like these for next season in more fun colors and potentially without that middle strap.

Normally I take an 8.5 US /size 39 but I had to exchange these a half-size up for size 40. They feel comfortable out of the box--just got them and looking forward to wearing them.

I really like the look and feel of these shoes but was disappointed with the brown color. It is a bit too blonde for my liking - would be perfect for someone who wants them to blend in with your skin color. Wish they came in more colors.

I wear an 8.5 wide. The shoes were comfortable, except for my toes were at the very edge of the shoe, a bit over. I ordered a size 40 and they were better, so I kept them.

I normally wear a 8.5 wide. They were comfortable and easy to walk in. The only problem was that my toes were a bit over the edge of the sandal. Ordering the next largest size.

Perfectly fine style. I found the Velcro closures to be very secure, although sort of cheesy. I decided to go with a different style, only because I don’t like the look of the three buckles on one side.

I am sometimes a 40 and sometimes a 39 in Danskos. I ordered these in a 39 and they were too short. Back they go!

I love these shoes and they were just what I wanted. But, they ran way too small and returned. I am a size 11 and ordered a 42 (US 11.5-12) because I have experienced size 41 can run small. Even though I have never needed a size 12 my toes hung over the front of these. Huge bummer as otherwise perfect.

The straps look nice. The length isn’t true to size, in my opinion. My size is too short, a size up fits better. I feel like it is easier for shoe companies to get better arch support on a sandal if they are going for that, and this shoe has a fair amount of arch support.

I've worn a lot of different Dansko styles but this one is just a half-inch too short. I can't stand any toe hangover! I wear a 7.5 (38) in most Danksos and have a high arch and narrow feet, so in this sandal, my foot slips forward despite the two straps. It's a cute sandal, just a bit too short.

I am a true to size 11 and the even the 42 felt a little small and my toes were hanging over the 41. I do love Dansko's generally, but these had a more German industrial vibe than I was hoping for. I do love that the top two straps are actually velcro - super handy and adjustable.

I wanted to love these. I have a pair of Seasons in black and they're great. I wanted a pair of brown sandals and tried to branch out from the Season a bit, but it is not to be. The "burnished calf" color is more like the color of bandaids. Imagine a kind of plastic looking, anemic brown and you'll imagine the color of these sandals. The color in the photo isn't even close. They're going back and I'll have to keep searching for perfect brown sandals.
